Hey Chris, I just received my results and wanted to come here and thank you for everything. I only needed a band 6 in writing but scored 7.5 bands with 8 bands overall. I wasn’t expecting this much (in writing) as my writing task 2 was about something I didn’t know much of, my heart sank when I first read the question as it seemed a little too complex, but then I remembered what you said in one of your YT videos, something like “there is no topic in the test you know nothing about, have faith in whatever knowledge you have” as well as “it’s an english test, they won’t check your knowledge, don’t overcomplicate this”. It helped me quickly calm myself down and come up with two very simple yet relevant points for my essay (very dumb and obvious ones) and just explain them with easy examples! I just made sure my opinion was crystal clear throughout the paragraphs and gave my best. Thank you so much, I’m so so grateful to have found your channel! “Your skills matter, but your mindset can make a huge difference as well”, thank you for teaching me that! 100 essay was written good introduction I have read before I so this google written tasks 2 what wrote student essay and I am focus on readings the essay and I don’t know there are band 7,8 9 because writing task 2 is to understand question and to give my opinion . when I read the essay student what wrote it get’s me improve how to writing clearly written essay . I just wanted to thank you for your free Ielts lessons available on your website and invaluable ielts content uploaded on your RUclips, with your help in my Ielts journey i was able to score 7(writing), 7.5(speaking), 8.5(listening) and 7.5(reading) with just 5 weeks of preparation (and this was my first attempt and the required score is 6 bands so its a win win for me !! :))). I always had trouble writing good essays but your content made essay writing so convenient for me. @Ritu Khan I think that the free content available on his website/youtube channel was enough to fulfill my needs when i was preparing for my Ielts test, so i preferred not to buy the course, but if you wish to buy it then just go for it, the vip course has a very positive feedback and its effective too.
