Im going to try this next time i ride. Thanks for the helpful video. Super clean is great on classic car original paint as well. along with a magic eraser. Also try 3 equal part... Tide, Purple soap, Water in a pump up sprayer. Spray on and let sit for 30 minutes and then rinse off .
Try zep truck and trailer wash in a soap cannon. You won’t regret it, I’ve tried a lot of degreasers and I’ve had the best result with it. Best side by sides videos by far, keep up the good work
Use sc1 after u wash it! It works amazing to keeping ur rig clean and it smells good and refreshing lol
Can second this
A 2 gallon garden sprayer with 50/50 super clean and water works great. I buy s/c by the gallon. I get people asking me all the time how I get mine clean!
I've found it easier for me to take it to the carwash. At Home I use a soap cannon with the power washer. Great informative vid!!
When you’re riding or cleaning how do you keep mud and water from going into your airbox whole
I also prefer pressure washer or car wash bays then use purple power degreaser...seems to work well. I will have to try simple green. SC1 bike in a can for finish shines it right up
Feels like Billy got scammed into washing Justins ride to me...😜
Foam cannon with some good suds really soaks into that dried on mud. Kick back and let it soak in for 5 min. Then I power wash. I do mine the same as you guys except for my cannon. I try not to blast the interior down to much. Mostly wet towel / dry towel for that. Then I treat my seats and dash with protection coatings from Maguire's products. Interior vinyl and plastic spray works great. Thumbs up video for sure. What's going on with Josh's new rig ? Waiting.........
Mud from the cliffs is the worst. its damn near impossible to get all of it off. lol
Nice guys , Best mix I found from years of doing it and my buddies is 50/50 tide and zep purple diluted . Then SC1 or a similar product to make it look nice . Bare bones from chem guys is good to .
SC1 is a miracle worker!
Sc1 sucked on my yxz plastic, but worked wonders on my seadoo spark 🤷🏻♂️
Josh
Engine and tire cleaner at the car wash works great!!
After you guys clean them, SC1, coverall, or griots satin spray work great to give the shine back.
That’s what I basically do for my Commanders but I do take the skid plates off and the seats out after I go mud riding. But I make it easier on me to start off with by spraying tire shine on all my plastics that I can get to after I’ve washed it and before I go for either a trail ride or a mud ride I’ll rinse it off again and reapply the tire shine/ tire wet which will allow me to just bump my plastics barely and watch the muck fall off so that I cut my washing time down a lot where it use to take me all day after a weekend mud ride I only use about a half day now and that taking my seats out and skid plates off and washing that packed mud out from in the frame
I always wipe my YXZ down with detailing spray and a microfiber towel after a wash. 🧼
Need to try simple green it’s pretty legit and a lot less work. Billy

Use a foam cannon w/ Zep condensed soap and amsoil mudslinger plastic treatment for a show quality clean. The first time you treat your machine with the Amsoil mudslinger cake it on super thick , one or two cans for one side-by-side. After that first treatment it will clean up much easier and then you just put another light coat of Amsoil mudslinger on after each wash. You will not be disappointed!
We use Purple power & pressure wash & SC1 finisher and it keeps my KRX looking showroom new. You can get it at most dealers (SC1) the cheap alternative for shine is (I don’t use it but some of our friends do) is dollar store furniture polish but I don’t trust that.
Soak/pressure wash. Then foam cannon with liquid tide. While it’s soaking in tide foam, hit everything with a hand mitten. Pressure was off again. Towel dry. Then wait for the majority of the water to dry off. Spray down with SC1. The SC1 is the most important part. It’s will make your rig look like it just rolled off the show room floor.
Try to use 60% water mixed with 40% simple green and a brush to get any dirt out of scratches but after it’s clean you have to wipe it down with a protectant
Eagle one is the best
Try full strength awesome from Dollar General in a tank sprayer. It beats everything I’ve tried. Especially on tires. You spray it on the tires and you can just see like a caramel color funk coming off of them and when they dry they look brand new.
Those spots are from your super clean spray. Buy a foam cannon and try to use a car wash soap with wax. And a wash mitt Works awesome. I also use a weed blower to dry for a spot less finish
Get a garden sprayer and do 60 40 simple green and water
Spray all the mud off first then cover the whole machine in simple green
Let sit for 15-20 minutes
Spray it off
Use sc1 after it dries
Our x3 has 2900 miles and most of the plastics shine like new they just have a lot of scrapes and scratches everywhere
I use Slick products with their soap cannon and a bucket of turtle wax wash n wax if I’m feeling ambitious then follow up with turtle wax carnauba quick wax
Good content, Thanks!
I agree, you have the best way of getting it washed.. have Billy do it! Haha
I’m the only one that enjoys washing them lol. Billy
Justin r u gonna try the new Mickey Thompson sticky’s tires?
Buy a foam Cannon!!!
How did you mount your tool box and cooler?
Tried to buy a traitor grey pullover hoody in 2XL and it must be out of stock.. any idea if there will be more?
Appears to be a problem with the site, the same hoodie in black is available at the moment. I looked at the yxz that’s the line shirt as well and that ones not available in large.
