    You can use a heat gun to heat the sealant up and itll all come out almost in one piece, then you dont need to even cut you can just roll them out, just saying

    Hey what “epoxy” did you use to seal the two pieces of metal and how has it held up? Any rust?

    why not bend it in with channel locks and use a ball peen to smooth? i feel like cutting them creates sharp edges and if ur wheel bottoms out on the cut edge it can damage the tire

    do reduce wheel travel you put more preload on the coilover?

    • @stocke46
      @stocke46 Год назад

      yea. preload is just spring "pre-compression"

    • @KyRoD_
      @KyRoD_ 3 года назад

      probably, you might have to roll fenders or trim the liner though

    Why not go to the bodyshop and pull out the fenders?!

      @whotfislvk 5 месяцев назад

      double layered fender pulling it wont do much you need to cut it thin then weld it together

      @@whotfislvk I've pulled my fenders at the bosdyshop before and it made a huge difference on my 3 series

      @@is2fiftyslowfsport744 was it an e46? im not saying you cant do it its just much easier to trim the unnecessary amount of lip the fender has weld it and then roll/pull them. not cutting it you can have an issue messing up the bodylines if youre not careful

      @@whotfislvk yeah it was a E46, bodyshop did an amazing job too, no flat spots

      @@is2fiftyslowfsport744 oh you took it to a shop then yea it was prolly done right but for diy and being cost effective cutting it and welding it is the way to go
