I have a feeling Elaine was called in from her outburst, unprofessional rebellious interviews from door to door. Hope *Firing* is one of the reason. On these interviews she was disrespectful, making accusations around Jurors and insulting to the Judge. Disgusting!!!
Don't think she's a good lawyer at all cos she doesn't seem to realise she's damaging the integrity of Judiciary system of America. She is absolutely ridiculous. The Final Verdict was given and she couldn't grasp to respect it. Amber received her own consequence, hope it's Elaine's future next.
I also heard, I’m not sure if it was from you guys or which court show. But before the break, or before the jury took over. Both sides had to fill out a form stating how they felt about the trial so far. Meaning if they felt it was fair so far, and they both said they felt it was fair, and none of them had issues with the jury, or the judge. So they couldn’t come back and do what Elaine is doing. If Elaine had any issues, why didn’t she bring this up when she had the chance? Why??? Because she thought it was fair, and thought they were gonna win.
It well good be that Amber herself mixed some pills into Depp's drinks to get the right effects for taking Depp's pictures and video's to support her false accusations. It would not surprise me at all. Miss Heard planned this long ago to make Mr. Depp's life miserable. Miss Heard had known for a long time that this marriage had no chance of success, partly due to the fact that she could not control her own emotions/frustrations for that, Mr. Depp had too much of an adult character. Miss Heard with her manipulative behavior was simply not able to get Mr.Depp in her power. What Miss Heard had done time and time again with other men and women, she now became increasingly frustrated. It is very clear from her escalating behavior that this was purely aimed at provoking and confronting Mr. Depp, but this just backfired. The more the provocation, the more Mr. Depp distanced himself from her. That is why she has also recorded all their conversations showing mr.Depp's so-called abuses. All these pictures of Mr.Depp had the purpose to create a certain false image of Mr. Depp, the photo material had to form supporting evidence for her destroying article which she published in the Washington Post about mr.Depp. That's why she didn't think it was necessary to package this with doctor's reports as well, this would be also much more difficult because the violence abuse by mr Depp actually never took place. However, Miss Heard has made a capital mistake and Mr. Depp thereby largely underestimated because she never expected that Mr. Depp would sue her for libel and defamation. Well that's going to pay off now. To stand to her allegations she was now forced to lie, this acting of lying has become so clearly established that she dug her own grave with this. Now all of her "close friends" including her own sister took several detail pictures from all of these so called incidents. How odd is it that all these Amber " friends" felt the urge to take these detailed pictures, allthough not one of them could stated that they saw any domestic violence by Mr.Depp. No such pictures you only take when they must serve a certain purpose. It were all scènes which were carefully set-up for using them for the media to misled the public opinion..
@@msm9593 also what person who is a victim of domestic violence taunts their abuser, the person who is abused tends to be the one who runs, and it really was a head scratcher as to why Amber took out a restraining order. He should have been the one taking out the restraining order. Finally, now I am going from my University Psychology courses, but where are all the women who Johnny has physically beaten and sexually assaulted in the past ? There are none. Why ? Because it is not in this person's nature to physically assault a person and however old Johnny is ?55? if he hasn't done this before it is extreeeemly unlikely he is going to start at age ??56?? Amber has done way too many 'shrooms, Ecstasy or whatever if she expects anyone to believe that. Elaine needs to rethink keeping Amber on as a client. Amber is no shrinking violet, she is a scrapper and a survivor. Probably going to make huge $$$$ as a Dominatrix. At least people will pay her to get beaten up. She likes to hit and customers like to be hit. There you go. Her parents should take some of the blame for her nasty behavior as most of us were taught as children not to hit others.

As a victim I'm outraged. So relieved to have Johnny Vindicated received Justice after he had been found guilty and never even going to court about it. This doesn't count taking Sun media to court in the UK. This was the first Justice I ever received. Amber Heard and Elaine do not represent me as a survivor of narcissism abuse domestic V or S Asault.
Amber's downfall was brought about by herself and poor legal representation. Amber and Elaine have no one to blame but themselves. Meanwhile, JD is moving on with his life.

She's very unprofessional. You don't lose a case as a lawyer then go around on TV or wherever bad mouthing the jury,the judge and basically the overall legal process because you failed to do your job. Then only to tell more lies. I hope their firm gets sued by the Jurors.
I totally expected Elaine to do this! After all, she did argue every single time something was objected! She never let anything go without an argument so why would it be any different now?
@@parrotsandmore7446 I think the judge expected those kind of "arguments" - there were times when the judge waited and asked the questioning lawyer to argue the objection before making a decision, she did it with both sides. It made her look wise and fair, she gave everyone an opportunity to present their arguments.
However, there was one time when Elaine talked back after the judge sustained an objection, she said "it goes to bias, your honour". I couldn't believe my ears! It sounded like contempt of court. But I'm not surprised anymore hearing her calling the jury corrupt and the judge biased on television. She's unhinged, she should be disbarred.

She better! Not paying your legal bill is worse than not paying your judgement. The legal team immediately will place a lien on your assets. Bc all of those experts they hired were paid up front - if there was some kind of agreement then those experts will bill the firm so she could potentially face a stream of lawsuits before she can get an appeal.

Yes! I was stunned she totally described how to make a fake bruise! Complete opposite of what one would do to color correct/cover a bruise.
Also, I think the makeup artist that testified to covering up light bruises under and between her eyes was actually covering up bruises from BOTOX or filler injections. That makes way more sense.

AH's lawyer was probably sent a cease and desist letter. Her interviews and spin of the case she lost is disgusting, unprofessional and borders on defamation since she is acting as an agent to AH. Heard lost because her evidence was garbage, her testimony was not credible and her witnesses both personal and professional were inconsistent and left much to be desired.
For an officer of the American legal system, EB throwing shade at the judge, the jury, Depp's legal team, media (both main stream and social) is beyond the pale. She's basically saying that the legal system failed, the judge was incompetent, the jury broke their oath and followed the trial when they weren't supposed to, Ben Chew's team played dirty tricks, the media and commentators who don't back her client are misogynists .
EB is erecting a narrative of a grand conspiracy against her client, which was her game plan in the trial ... that everyone backing Depp was lying to clout chase. EB should be disbarred and go away. Elaine's attorney probably advised her against the interview after seeing her other one on the today show ( or whatever morning show it was). My jaw dropped when I heard her blame the jury and everyone else for AH losing and listened to what other lawyers had to say about that interview. I was in shock. I never heard a lawyer talk like that (except for maybe Rudy Giuliani) especially since Elaine is expected to do AH's appeal.

She had an emergency alright…she saw the ridicule that she was getting from the interviews she’s already given and has gone into hiding. Rightfully so, she was throwing the judge, the jurors and the entire judicial process under the bus in addition to DV/SA victims with her BS.
I've watched a lot of trials but never have I seen an attorney spew as much unprofessional BS accusations against literally everyone. Ever. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting.

Elaine cancelled because she doesn’t want to be pressed on anything substantive by anyone who knows what they are speaking about, much less someone who was in the courtroom and heard every bit of evidence as it was presented and observed the jury as well. She stuck to certain shows so she could regurgitate the same tired talking points. I don’t know how this woman received a law license. She has behaved so poorly and, imho, unethically. She did her client ZERO favors and apparently doesn’t want to take any responsibility for her horrible performance during the trial and afterward.
Her closing statement alone was a raging dumpster fire. I had to turn it off because I was embarrassed for her.

Their argument that if the jury doesn’t vote for Amber, they are sending a message to all victims that they are not to be believed is unethical and I think Ben Chew and his team are going file complaints with the bar association about it. They are not supposed to use social issues As an argument in court cases. It’s grounds for disbarment. I think that’s why Ben Chew filed that last minute motion while the jury was deliberating. He wanted it on the record for the complaint and the appellate court
1) i think the camera's made her anxious, might be why she got flustered in cross-examination ...2) i think she was not expecting a lawyer the caliber of Camille, who was so prepared and pretty much ready for anything 3) i think she realizes that the shenanigan's she got away with in the UK were not going to work. London has trial by tabloid I have yet to see any of this in the American tabloids. The US seems to be more interested in finding out the truth first hand and decided to watch the trials themselves.

How many more interviews does this lady have? I used to feel sorry for her during the trial, but now I see how she tries to spread misinformation post-trial by blaming the jury, judge if you please, and the opposite legal team. I like how everyone is asking how is Ms Heard feeling? Why is she not called out as the perpetrator? The defendant maliciously set to destroy someone else's life was the verdict. To have her attorney repeat the same thing in all of her interviews, how unjust the verdict was, misrepresenting facts with reference to the UK trial, which btw was between the tabloid Sun and Mr Depp, and that Ms Heard is victim/survivor of DA and more, is immoral and unethical. It was her own client that sealed her fate on that stand, nobody else.
I carry same opinion on this subject Johnny Depp did not sue Amber Heard then he sued The Sun. Of coarse their was things there courts did and do differently that changed outcome of coarse. But Johnny has a absolute right to file against Amber Heard here within the untied States for writing a false op'ed in the Washington Post in hence as to why it was decided Virginia be the state trial would be held at. Depp's team could use EB's comments against her if there was an appeal. At the very least her conduct is unprofessional.
What shocks me is, that for Elaine Bredehoft it must be crystal clear that Amber is a notorious liar, she might not have realized it initially, but now it is evident; how can she still "fight" for her, it makes her situation worse. To protect an evident liar with cover up lies and defamation is a very bad idea for a lawyer!

Absolutely - I had sympathy for Elaine initially as this was a difficult case following the weight of evidence against Amber, but now I feel that Elaine is as bad as Amber - blaming, gaslighting, lying and not taking responsibility for their own errors

I find it quite disturbing what Elaine is doing. JD's lawyers could also go around from show to Show and tell everyone that those Australia recordings exist where she clearly says that she indeed severed his finger and that no one was concerned for her health after those alleged incidents. But they have class, they don't need that kinda stuff.
That's the difference between a good Law Firm who actually care about their client! I felt bad for Elaine at 1st, hearing how she was seen crying at some point. I felt empathy & that it was a result of the trouble having to defend a difficult, uncooperative liar: knowing she had to perform despite having a horrible client.

the appeal is does not change the jury decision, it's like an investigation into the actions of the judge, lawyers and jury to see if they had done anything inappropriate that would have changed the outcome. IF the appeal is done and there were no issues found then she can either accept the fact or she can try again.
The challenge she is going to have is finding a judge willing to officiate the appeal who has not followed the original trial.

Elaine produced blatant lies on TV: 1)The UK case was against the Sun, not against Amber. 2) In the UK, Amber was just a witness, and was not subject to discovery and could hide evidence. 3) Elaine lied by saying that there was more evidence presented to the court in UK compared to the court in U.S. The amount evidence presented in the U.S. court was by far more comprehensive. 4) Elaine defamed the U.S. court and the Jury. 5) Johnny is done with the case. But the members of the Jury could bring defamation against Elaine who continues to lie about every aspect of the trial.

I think the part of the statement wasn't proved where it says that she contacted a journalist and a lawyer to make up a story. I think that was the part where the Waldman statement failed to be proved true.
