As always, I love it brothers!! I have Calabrian peppers in the pantry right now, and I use all the time! Yesterday, I did an old recipe from my Nani when I was growing up... Anchovies and garlic in olive oil over linguini. Super simple and old school. Your dish here is next level tho. Excellent as always!

I was already planning to do my calamari in sauce this weekend so this just got me more into the mood. I have 2 1/2 lbs of calamari and 5 lbs of shrimp, so my mix might be a little different, and I usually do it with green bell peppers along with the garlic and either calabrese chilis or pickled jalapenos (or both). I need to reserve some of the calamari for fried (my partner, she like fried), so I'll see how I balance it all out. Thank you guys once again for the inspirations, and keep the good stuff coming. Lovin' it all.

Hey guys what’s the difference between your sauce and a Fra Diavolo sauce?
The calibrase peppers are a lot hotter than red pepper flakes
