Ingredients for the Pomodoro Sauce:
• 6 lb. 7 oz. of Whole plum tomatoes
• ½ cup of olive oil
• 1 head of garlic (chopped)
• 12 fresh basil leaves
• Crushed red pepper flakes (1 tsp. or more)
• TBSP of salt
• ½ tsp. of black pepper
• ½ tsp. of salt
• ¼ tsp. black pepper
• 2 lbs. of Linguini
• 3 Lobster r
• 2 lbs. of Shrimp
• 2 dz. Clams
• 2 dz. Black Mussels
• ½ cup of white wine

I love your videos and this came just in time for Christmas! I live in the south now (born/raised in Rochester, NY) and they have warm water Lobster..yuk! tasteless and I miss Maine lobsters.. I might have to order some via mail. Not a damn good italian restaurant or pizzeria either and I'm lost when it comes to so many ingredients like escarole, Locatelli the list goes on.. You have it all and that's why your meals are exquisite.. The best on youtube..You both make it so pleasant to watch and every time I'm finished with a video, I run out to get the best ingredients I can find.

Info for you guys and family. I lost my mother to terminal cancer. Every year she had her check up. A surgeon told me at john Hopkins. Regular check up. Doctors only scan mid chest above. Make sure they scan mid chest below. That is whear Doctors can catch terminal cancer early. My mom had bio duc cancer. Tubes leading to the live. Same as Walter Payton. Sharing to help everyone. Love watching you guy. I've learned a lot.

Dominic, I finally found a video of you cooking. I was a regular customer at Daddy Jack's Fort Worth and then for the short period in Southlake. I sure miss going to eat there. "Oh, dear," sighed Anna Teresa Callen, the Italian-born cookbook author and cooking teacher, when asked about it. "It's not an Italian dish. It's really another Italian-American invention. I have never seen it in Italy, and I suspect that it came from Long Island."

Tony May, the owner of San Domenico, who is from Naples, said lobster fra diavolo was not from his hometown. "It's like the lemon peel with the coffee, he continued. "I first heard of it when I came to New York in 1963. I think there was a restaurant in midtown called Fra Diavolo that started it. Or maybe the restaurant was Vesuvio."
