If I had a nickel for every time Disney made a movie about someone turning into a bear ... I'd have two nickles, which isn't much but it's weird it happened twice.
@@NiaMakiReacts Brother Bear (2003). And if I want to nitpick myself, that one is the Disney one and Brave is Pixar, but they're all the same company at this point.
The witch was not evil at all, but totally oblivious. And like in every fairy tail or legend - when you deal with spells, be as specific as you can be. Or better leave it...
Last scene where mom turns a bear and she apologizes also made me tear up! 🥺 tho my mom and I are very close, we still argue, and at times have disagreements, so it felt relatable… when I was a child and still immature (prob like a teenager as well like Merida in the movie), I would think “I hope I had a different mom”, however, now that I’m adult, I realized all of what she did before was just all for me, she’s doing it because that’s what she “thinks” is best for me, and that should be understandable, she was just being like that because “she cares.” And now seeing all the sacrifices she had to endure for me. Can’t be described in words… Can’t imagine life without her, really.
That fight between the bears near the end of the movie always makes me think of this wildlife video that I saw a long time before this movie came out I don't recall when I saw it and I don't know if it was even knew when I saw it there was a mom with two babies at this little river and this big male comes running at her the Cubs scurry off the Big boy comes up and starts yelling at the female and smacking at her she gets up on her back legs yells down at him after she gives them a couple of punches he runs off circles back a few minutes later like you know what I'm not done with you and she just beats the ever-loving s*** out of him he screws off for good then the babies come out of hiding and start reenacting the fight they were nearby watching
Oh my so excited for this reaction! I watched this movies countless times 🥺 I hope it doesn’t get you too much in the feels but there’re a few scenes that I find really difficult to keep the tears in haha, I hope you like this movie My favorite Disney movie is emperor’s new groove btw (answering one of your questions from the beginning!)
A great Scottish themed romantic comedy is "MADE OF HONOR" 2008 with Patrick Dempsey. I didn't watch BRAVE until a few years ago and it is a favorite now. Great reaction and thank you for not cussing or being obscene. ❤❤🙌🙌
Another super cute feel good movie!! Full length reaction and the TV show reactions (like Avatar) are now on patreon ~ www.patreon.com/niamakireacts
The story was nice and all, but my god: that hair, in an animated movie, was absolutely phenomenal!
Right?! I wonder how long that took ooo

I think the boys turning back was more because of the fact they dont have conflict and ate the same cake as the mom so just linked to her turning back
Ah ok 😂 they were so cute
I attended the premiere of this in full Scottish garb, kilt and sword included!
Wait really?!?! That’s awesome!
Merida is what Shelia, the healer from Aldford looks like in my mind's eye now..
Well now me too 😂
