In this video, I will reveal the grading results of my coins that I found either coin roll hunting, through cherry picking junk silver purchases, or have had in my collection - through my submission to PCGS. I hope you enjoyed this video and found it informative. I will be doing more videos like this of more of my great finds while roll hunting Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, Half Dollars and Dollar Coins. Keep hunting and good luck! Rob, don’t watch the clock so much. Especially on videos like this. I would have gladly watched another few min. I find this part of the hobby fascinating to be honest. I have a bunch of Morgan’s I got as Cull… I have to wonder if they are worth a second look.
Rob, don't blame yourself on the Benji. You clearly were looking carefully, and I saw absolutely no cleaning. PCGS is very strict and we always need to consider that they can make mistakes as well. They're human. Love this series! You got some awesome coins in your collection!
I actually have one order that's been at PCGS for over 180 days now. Thanks for another video. I need to do a modern submission. I have 10 cheerios cents.
Love these type of videos, especially when they include varieties! I'm excited to go bankroll hunting again, hopefully with some luck I can find some varieties to add to the collection as well.
I love these PCGS videos! Not only do we get to see cool coins from your collection and celebrate with you when you get a fantastic grade-but some of us (okay, maybe just me) feel better knowing that even an experienced collector such as yourself gets coins that come back as cleaned even though you swear you checked thoroughly. I keep getting burned on cleaned vs not cleaned even though I check everything to the best of my ability. Oh well. It is a learning experience, and the only thing I can do is keep trying to improve my ability.
Once again, perfect timing. I just got the notification that PCGS received my submission today. I have 3 separate submissions there right now and this video is exactly what I need to scratch that itch lol
I completely forgot about the cheerios cents, I put those in my piggy bank as a kid also did it with the $1 Sacs, now knowing more then I did at 5 I wish I didn't do that.
Best things to know about cleaned coins is the lost of luster. 1. The black and gunk will be stuck between the crevices. 2, abrasive cleaned, rubbing removes luster. You'll find whitening on the coin. 3. Polished causes a white outline. MS have a cartwheel effect when turning the coin in the light.
Makes me want to learn how to send coins off to grading lol I’m still trying to learn how to send of my 42 D/ horizontal D. Maybe do a video teaching how to do PCGS and NGC variety and error submissions?
Bit of a Roller Coaster there Rob. Just goes to show how tricky submitting can be, someone who has looked at as many Coins as yourself can still get snagged... That 65 Morgan mate, made the who thing worthwhile.
I wish my shield nickels looked like that, my best one is maybe G3 if you are lucky, they have just enough details to tell what it is but good luck getting a definite date I can make out a 1--6 on it, and that's with a microscope and multiple eyes.
The 2004 Jefferson nickel Peace Medal DDO is very gratifying to see. I saw it on the coin roll video when you found it. It was so hard for me to see it even with magnification it was obvious you were looking for it. I am very pleased that you got a fair grade and the DDO evaluation! Congrats and well done 👍!!!
i love coins in the raw so gradinging sounds rediculas to me... pcgs knows they are king pins so i feel they just do what ever they want like your first penny should of been 65 66 but the 2nd one was worse off an it got a higher grade like i said they do what they want coin grading is subjective...ur the best rob very passionet man keep up the great channel
my lcs sells junk silver quarters for spot but searches through them I wish i had a silver dealer like yours where you get all sorts of crazy key dates and varieties. My lcs only checks for key dates and not errors on the quarters, but it just isn't as fun knowing you won't get a 32 s or d.
Great video, stoked you finally got them back. When you put the two Benji's next to each other you can see a "halo" of toning around the edge of the cleaned one. Probably came out of a book and only cleaned on the front. I won't say anything about the Indian head cent.😁
Seeing the values is important in my opinion a lot of new collectors have no idea how to look up coins on pcgs value chart. We watch your live stream for hours whats an extra 15 min on a vid? Lol congrats on the ones that improved your registry well done as for the others se la vie thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
What I is when you compare your coins to the PCGS photograde, and you see coins that have more issues than your coin. I have had modern coins graded PR 69 and I wasn't able to see an issue, and then check photograde and see a PR 70 with marks on it. Sometimes I think about sending some back for reconsideration, hoping that I get a better grade.
PCGS has a better resale value for collectors, but NGC is a close 2nd so either option is fine. For all other coins of lesser value OR less recognized varieties (minor ones), I'd use ANACS.
I submitted 2 NGC graded st gaudens for restoration at pcgs. They say they it takes 4-6 weeks. Try 12 weeks. then they overvalue them so they can pad their fee charge … 144 each with shipping. Pretty stiff charges… at least they matched the NGC ms64 grading.
I struggle with understanding why they are so tough on the IHCs. Seems they really scrutinize them more than any other type. Had some really good results in there otherwise! Congrats!
You should make videos of what you are mailing before you mail it & maybe wait to post them until the order comes back & you can show them a week apart.
Rob it seems like you should change your name to Ben Dover when you send a submission to PCGS. I would have loved to see how much they were worth. See you guys tomorrow night.

PCGS Unboxings. . . my favourite series! Thanks for the video!
the suspense is the winner
Very nice video because I needed to see how someone with more knowledge sees their coins. Great information for me!
These are my favorite videos... thanks Rob!
Mine too.

Yes agreed
I agree 💯 with SC Rob.
Definitely agree.
Bang! That 65 Morgan is a killer. Great video as always
Some winners, and some disappointments. Interesting video!
Love your channel Rob! Im pretty new to numismatics/coin collecting and your channel has been very informative and entertaining. Thank you!
Very nice coins! Thanks for teaching us! I am completely new to collecting coins and I have some new goals lol
rob you're my favorite RUclipsr and i just want to say thank you for going out of your way to make the awesome videos.
Always fun to see your additions to your c o l l l e c t - ci - ooon'

Ups and downs…very typical when sending coins off for grading. But still some victories in there…congrats on Morgans 👍

I really enjoyed seeing what grade each coin got.
I love how he adds the little smiley face under the pcgs order! 😀😂
Congrats on the grades. Thanks for sharing

Congrats on getting your PCGS coins back!
I know. LOL
LOVE, Love the unboxing videos. Always a good time. Think you did real good on this one!
I've been waiting all week for this video YAY!!
I completely forgot about the cheerios cents, I put those in my piggy bank as a kid also did it with the $1 Sacs, now knowing more then I did at 5 I wish I didn't do that.
congrats! could you do a video on grading coins and the process on getting one done?
Love these videos TY Rob!!!!
PCGS my favorite

You ended strong with the Morgans! And I must admit I would have never submitted that 1909 IHC. Haha.
I know but sometimes I need to roll the weighted dice 😂
Congratulations on your grade able coins sorry to hear about the non grade able coins what a bummer anyway thanks for sharing Rob
Great video Rob! Congrats on the upgrades 🥳
This is my favorite series Rob, well worth the wait!
great job Rob, this was one of your better results!
Gotta love the ups and downs with any submission. Great variety additions and Gem state Morgan upgrader!

Would have loved to see the PCGS values on your upgrades!
Hay Rob I found a 1902 Indian head penny so far them and the Buffalo pennies are my favorites
Great video Rob, congrats on your upgrades, I'm also a variety & error hunter & love when you find them in your hunts👍
Great video share 👍
Great job on those Morgans Rob! Btw received the auction items from Friday’s stream yesterday. As always, love me - some RFT!!
Those are some beautiful morgans
Love these videos!
love these types of videos Rob. Keep it up!
Congrats on the Upgrades!

Wow great scores!
That was awesome!

Congrats, especially on the MS65! 🏆
I really enjoyed these unboxings!
Wish mine would even change from grading status. Love the vid
Amazing slabszzzz
Great video, stoked you finally got them back.

I won't say anything about the Indian head cent.😁
The 1882 S in MS 65 with that nick on her cheek is fortunate IMO. Looks like a heavy ding. Happy for you though. 👍
I love these videos, I never have anything to grade
Bummer on that Benji DDR! But awesome on the morgans!
Very cool video
Nice coins

That '82-S Morgan is DELICIOUS!!!!!
8:24 "shield cent" 🤣
LOL - another slip... I have issues when I am excited.
@@RobFindsTreasure lol
That’s one thing I need to learn .. How to grade my coins. One day ..
Great video, Rob! I have a lot of Morgan’s that I’ve bought as UNC, but don’t have the balls to submit them! Just me though!👍🏻
That MS65 cheerios cent has me worried about my submission now lol because i swear it looks high mint state to me. Sheesh that's tough
Do you have other "novelty" coins like the cheerio cents? That sort of thing always interests me.
What makes PCGS the preferred grading company? How does NGC stack up? Are there any others out there worth using for cheaper coins or anything?
PCGS has a better resale value for collectors, but NGC is a close 2nd so either option is fine. For all other coins of lesser value OR less recognized varieties (minor ones), I'd use ANACS.

Can't get mad at that... some disappointment but overall a win!
Very nice
not a bad return
Is there any method to clean coins that will not effect grading, like ultra sonic cleaning
The grade on the indian cent 1909 was the correct .. AU detail because it's cleaned from head to toe
I noticed no Gold Shields on these. Any reason you didn't do that?
Blew it on the three potential upgrades but didn’t want to spend the extra on the others due to value
@@RobFindsTreasure Makes sense!
You should make videos of what you are mailing before you mail it & maybe wait to post them until the order comes back & you can show them a week apart.
question, do you just get your coins rolls at the bank? or somewhere online. If online where do you get it?
Straight from the banks - I preorder them each week.
@@RobFindsTreasure how do you pre order them? and whats the name of the bank.
how long you get the coins back from PCGS? ty!
Went though 2 boxes of pennys did not find a S mint at all Am I missing something
Rob it seems like you should change your name to Ben Dover when you send a submission to PCGS. I would have loved to see how much they were worth. See you guys tomorrow night.
Exactly what does it cost to have a coin graded through PCGS Rob? Is it a different prices for different coins or is it pretty much a flat rate?
Nice video. When will you get another penny box?
These are usually pretty fun to see how close your estimates were to their grades.
