Great to have new One Dragon vids, your Cyberpunk vids are some of my favorite content on youtube. Are you gonna do a comprehensive vid on Phantom Liberty?
Lol its good to see you getting back at it Man but ı had hope for something diffrent the richochet damage builds ruins the immersion for me ı hope you can dive more in the lore
I think im gonna try to do this with shotguns. For me, its like Skyrim and always somehow being a stealth archer. This game, i always end up being a shotgunner. just cant help it. love shotguns in this game to much. Love the guide! TY!
7:59 I noticed your Cushioned Techie Baseball Cap’s stats are %20 Bonus Damage. There was another video I saw (different person) 8 months ago looting that hat. But the difference is that the stats are %10 instead of %20. My question for you is : •Do I need to be at a certain level to loot it so I can maximize the stats? •Or I can just upgrade it which will bring the stats that you have right now? I hope you’ll reply to me!
I assume the 10% was a different rarity and not legendary? Unfortunately, I haven't tried looting it at really low levels but even at mid to high levels it rolls at different tiers and can take a while to get the legendary one. There's a chance you'll get lucky and get it quickly.
@@OneDragon Nope. The Hat the person looted was also legendary. It’s a Guaranteed Legendary Location spot. It’s just his stats for the hat was %10 and not %20 that you have.
@@OneDragon5:50 also how can I reroll DS1 Pulsar to get those stats? I’m not gonna put my points into tech since my build is a 20 INT & COOL with some spare points into REFLEX and BODY. Bad news is that some of these weapons are blueprints and not dropped by the enemy which makes it hard to craft them / upgrade since I don’t have those Tech Perks. 😭
One small important tidbit of information that I’d like to add. If you want to obtain buzzsaw, make sure you complete the suspected organized crime that gives you the psalm AR. Also you need to do the suspected organized crime for the buzzsaw immediately after or you have a chance for it to not spawn. Hope this helps!
I tried this build. This is the most OP build of all OP builds. The problem is cold blood takes grinding. By the time I get merciless, the game is almost over.
can you save scum the access point where you get your free ping before the heist? if that can be save scummed to get legendary short circuit, that's great.
I believe all the Watson legendary access points ones got removed a while back maybe in 1.3? Most of the ones remaining are in City Centre, Heywood and some scaling ones in Westbrook.
I think my save’s bugged? Even tho I didn’t started the gift mission, I can’t get QH from terminals. Planning to respec and get the crafting QH instead but would you know where can I find the legendary short circuit crafting spec?
The build looks like great fun but would you also recommend it to a beginner / first playthrough? I bought the game and played a bit at launch on base PS4 but since it was just unplayable I didn't play very long and then never paid attention to it. Now that I have a PS5 and heard that a DLC is coming out I want to go back to the game and give it another try since it is supposed to be alot better on PS5. Do you have any more advice for a beginner?
Glad to see they nerfed damage. Wasn't very fun walking up to someone menacing and two shoting them. Granted I was playing modded version which is probably why, but even so. Thanks for making these videos so I can come back with a little less apprehension to a game I love playing.
Best source of Info I've found on Cyberpunk so far. One Dragon is indeed "The One" *QUICK QUESTION* On the build outs your showing things we should probably grab while leveling but there not actually on yoir end game builds. How is it you are taking those off or not using then while you leveled? Have you purposefully just not leveled with them to save the points for a fully minmaxed build that yoir showing us an example on? Or is there indeed a way to change those points spent now after mew updates since I've been away?
At launch there used to be an item called Tabula E-Rasa that you could buy and use to reset perks. Now there's a Reset Perk button on the bottom left of the attribute page. The cost depends on how many perks are spent. It's a bit tedious to do frequently because it removes all your perks but I've heard they'll make it easier when the expac comes out. Hope that helps!
Yeah, it’s odd, cyberdecks n quick hacks r rhe only things in the game that have no attribute or street cred requirements what so ever .. u can buy a legendary cyberdeck and legendary quick hacks to go with ur while only having 3 intelligence lol every other major piece of cyberware has some type of requirements to equip or purchase
They seem to have a level req now. I was clearing AIPs in Santo Domingo and at Level 34, only Epic. Level 35, the Legendarys started coming. BTW, what does a Netrunner suit do ? What does Quick Hack Damage Reduction mean anyway ?
Typically I use Gorilla Arms since it helps with opening doors or windows, some weapons with body requirements and with the beat on the brat boxing fights. Outside of that you can use any.
I'm trying to figure out how you have 100% crit chance. I assume you had Cold Blood active during that screenshot, and I see you have 51 points in Merciless? Is that how?
50 Points in merciless, from the shadows and strike from the shadows procs if you are detected while sneaking, fortuna face piece, crit chance eye mod. The crit chance from your weapon does not show up on the stats page so there's a bit more crit chance if you don't want to rely on the sneaking perks. Hope that helps!
quick question if anyone could answer when you're upgrading certain weapons to legendary do you upgrade to max level at each tier, blue, epic, and legendary or can you just upgrade without doing so?? TY
On very hard if you try this build you are a masochist. If an enemy spits towards you is one shot. Because they nerfed the armadillo mods the glass canon builds are kind of dead.
You are right. That's why you go: Cool 20, Refl 20, Int 16, Body 12, Tech 3 to fully optimize a Short-Circuit build. Reflex and Body provide much more survivability by having health-on-kill, slow-time and more health. Tech is not worth it to get a little more armor and unlocking legendary weapons. Purple gear is just as good in practice. I have done Don't Fear the Reaper on very hard with the above mentioned and blasted through it.
You mentioned in the video if we want to have more money we should level Tech together with Int and Cool. But I don’t get why, is there a method to make money faster or a perk that helps with that? You mentioned infinite money but i don’t see this perk in the tree
You can craft and sell epic/legendary items. Essentially, the components (which you can buy from vendors) are cheaper than the weapons crafted. So you can sell crafted weapons for a profit. This video has more details: ruclips.net/video/1OqfIk3qiXY/видео.html
I discuss it in more detail in the cyberware section at roughly 21:45 . You can hack access points to get legendary quickhacks. The quickhacks you get from access points are random so make a save before hacking and reload until you get the ones you want. You don't need a legendary cyberdeck to equip legendary quickhacks at the moment.
Just curious cuz I haven't played the game in awhile but I thought that even with a silencer on ur weapon that the enemies would instantly know where u were if u shot o e of them even if the shit killed the target
If you one shot with a silencer they won't know where you are unless they see you do it. So using optical camo or keeping your distance and staying out of sight means you won't get spotted. They'll start searching if you are close enough for them to hear the silenced shot or if they find the body. If they see you fire then they'll instantly agro.
You must have the Legendary Short Circuit quickhack installed on your cyberdeck. This quickhack has an always-on passive ability that causes the short circuit effect whenever any weapon you're using scores a critical hit (even if the weapon does no electrical damage by itself). This applies to ANY weapon that can crit, including mantis blades and gorilla arms.
You need to have the Legendary Short Circuit quickhack installed on your cyberdeck. This quickhack has a constant passive effect whereby it adds electrical damage to ANY weapon that scores a critical hit.
Crafting loops, buy components from stores and craft them into weapons. Legendary Smart pistols earn the most, followed by legendary ashura and other smart weapons then tech weapons.
yes, the crit damages proc short circuit so id say the one you'll see the most out of short circuit, especially because ricochet is just opcional for the build
Sorry, but it's not very good build. Tech is extremely overrated (investing 17 points just to get weapons 30% better is a joke), plus this particular build is based on legendary quickhack and most damage comes from it (and 100% crit). You can use 1lvl white weapon with high enough fire rate and you won't see a big difference.
I've never played this build before after 150 hours of this game. Deserves a sub! Will definitely give this a shot
Looking forward to a dedicated netrunning guide. That’s my favorite kind of build!

On my first play through I discovered, glass canon builds are just too broken.
