- Long time no see it's Luxe Crux back at it with another video! In this video I try to play through some of Very Hard versions of some of Sonic's levels in Sonic 06! I've 100 percented Sonic 06 before will I be able to beat the hardest challenge the game throws at me?

I hate to admit it as well, but this is basically Adventure 3, hopefully this will be getting A HUGE remake in the upcoming additions to release

Hey, just was curious if more of this was planned soon? This was really fun to watch and I'd love to see the rest.
Trying to work on other videos at the moment and once I'm in a good place I'll finish up Sonic's levels :)
It’s funny that the dlc now cost more then the regular game lmao
At the moment, I am slowly moving towards the same goal, to 100% complete all the main and significant spin-off Sonic games. And although I played and 100% completed Sonic 06 including DLC on Xenia with a large list of mods to fix the game problems, sometimes it was still really difficult due to the requirement for some levels to bring some rings to the end of the level. I can fly through a level very quickly and accurately, but when it comes to not getting hit - sometimes it's just a game of roulette due to how unpredictable the game is and enemy hitboxes sometimes just damage you for no reason.
Either way, by the end of this challenge I truly loved the game (the mods clearly improved the final experience). The most difficult level for me was Shadow Kingdom Valley Very Hard, I was incredibly unlucky at this level and you need to be incredibly careful. The requirement for S rank at this level is very high, dying or losing rings will definitely remove you from S rank. I'm waiting to see how you get to and pass this level to S rank.
I wish you luck on your journey! The mainline games are nothing to scoff at when it comes to 100 percenting them. The spinoffs like secret rings are arguably giving me a bigger run for my money though lol
@@LuxeCrux In most games, 100% completion is a chore, but the Sonic games are a huge exception and that's what hooked me so much on them. Sonic games need to be given a lot of time and mastery to understand how good they are, and some reveal their true gameplay only after you learn to play them (the best examples are SA2, Sonic 06 with fixes, Unleashed and classic Sonic games) and this it really motivates me to master them 100% because time after time I’m convinced how much I enjoy improving my skills and how much pleasure I ultimately get from high skill gameplay in these games. The gameplay of Sonic games at the beginning and the gameplay after mastering it are completely different experiences.

Yep! You can get Xenia on the series consoles but I'm not smart enough to do all that haha!

Ngl these dlc seems boring as, it’s just using the same levels with just a little twist but that’s it....but nether the less, this video and the last one was funny! I started playing this game for the first time (brought in 2017 only played multiplayer) afew weeks ago, just finished shadow’s story and will be done with the rest very soon. I enjoyed this game, tho it’s annoying a lot I love about it, and a lot I dislike/hate about it. 7/10 for me
