As a redux to one of my very old videos, I decided to tackle Super Sonic% again in Project 06, where we play through Sonic's 9 main stages only with his super form, and a few tricks. I am using the Sonic P06 Extended Mod to do this if you want to try it yourself! (link tutorial and download below!)

I always thought the extra stages, like the DLC stuff, would make nice unlockables for collecting medals or something, personally.
I find it cool that super sonic gets the lvl2 boost from ANY gem in this mod. He just doesn't get the Arrow of Light dash
13:17 Yeah that'd be an awesome reward for beating the game. Hell, ChaosX could make it a 100% reward too.

10:39 no no no no GOD NO! I am SICK of major gameplay unlockables like that being locked behind 100% completion because once you achieve 100%, that unlockable becomes comletelt fucking USELESS! The only time I think such a thing is justified is if the game has a New Game Plus feature for you to use such unlockables in
But it means there is no objective or reward for playing the game more.And then it feel worthless all the effort you put into the game into nothing.
@@tiagomachado147 OK you have a good point there now that I think about it, a solution would be to lock an even greater reward behind 100% completion of NG+ I guess but you do have a point there

@@tiagomachado147 I have never fully completed Sonic Frontiers. What do you get for it? (I know what you get for fully completing Final Horizon, that stupid hint for defeating The End cause I guess whoever came up with that forgot that the internet was a thing)
