    The title captured my attention especially since I'm on a journey of going from being broke with only $27 to prosperous. Funny thing, I feel like I shouldn't be sleep in my situation but I also know that I need sleep. I think the thought of not sleeping comes from anxiety. This is an awesome video. Great job! I plan on coming back as I go from poverty to prosperous. Thanks!

    As always, another awesome video Better Men! I remember about Tony Robbin's story about his dad was close to refusing the thanksgiving donations due to his pride.

    Ambition, drive, discipline, dedication. Ambition, setting goals. Drive, working toward those goals. Discipline, making sure they don't flake off and do other things instead. Dedication, sticking to the goals, and changing the means to get there when necessary.

    Thank you for sharing. I think I asked this on another video, but, any ideas on how to increase one's income?

    • @TheBetterMenProject
      @TheBetterMenProject  7 лет назад +2

      There are many ways. Many people start in their own jobs, they take more responsibilities. Or work extra hours. Others want to start making extra money on the side and that’s when they get creative.
      I’ve see people who start flipping products online. The buy them cheap and sell them at a higher price online.
      Increasing you income as a side hustle is about creativity and dedication.

      The Better Men Project: Thank you. Like I mentioned on the previous video, I don't have overtime opportunities in my job, nor the ability to increase my opportunities/responsibilities. I'm also restricted, by virtue of my employment contract, into what "side hussles" I can enter into. My strengths lie in finance, law and critical analysis.

      Faisal Memon Hi Faisal have you heard about dropshipping? If not you should look into it. It can be a great way to earn passive income, if you first work hard and study it. It also requires almost no start-up capital.

      Haakon Hausevik: Thank you for letting me know. It's new to me. Is there a particular resource that you would recommend to learn more about it.

    Great Video; 45 years ago I found myself in a bad place and I said to myself how do I get out of this Hellhole? I did not say woe is me and squat in the mud. Instead I got up mad and angry, and then fought my way out of that pit, and from there I climbed and climbed. There were set backs when I slide back down the mountain. I rested, dusted myself off and then began the climb again. Each time I reached a false summit I rested, regrouped and reassessed on what to do and how to proceed. Every few years I'd reassess my expenses and see what I could do so as to have more money to invest and to diversify and to diversify. And today I sit on a mountain top.

    Everyone mention reading books! I do not love books, I am technical guy. I love to watch video, read articles, research web, subscribe on newsletter in what I am interested for.
    Where you see enjoy in all of this?

    I quit watching the video because it had too much emphasis on working hard. I became a millionaire by investing into bitcoin, and I bet there are many other things also you can become very rich and work only very little. I find working as a waste of time.

    • @TheBetterMenProject
      @TheBetterMenProject  7 лет назад +1

      How would you make a million is bitcoin wasn’t around?

    • @veriappelsiini
      @veriappelsiini 7 лет назад +1

      Not working hard. That's for sure. If sometihng has say 25 % odds to rise 10 000 % I would invest into them. 10 000 usd for 4 of those type of bets and it is pretty likely 1 of them makes you a millionaire.

    • @veriappelsiini
      @veriappelsiini 7 лет назад

      That is definitely a fear I have gained since I became rich. If I am fit to be rich or poor is up to the God not human beings. I try to invest in a smart manner and I have significiantly decreased my portfolio risk though.
