Seems like some employees who put in half effort still ask for full pay, though if on the other hand they are paid solely on results, they kick the game up several notches and benefit in more ways then just financially.

I would say being rich isnt good. The only thing that matters is your time and happiness. Alot of wealthy people arent happy. As someone who became "rich" in terms of money by investing. I had a net worth of about a million at age 26. However all of this still means nothing to me as a person. Im not as happy as people would think. Being rich should be a goal but being wealthy is different from person to person.
Wealthy to me is bringing happiness to others around me. Its about changing others lives to better themselves. Dont be rich be wealthy.

  • @crowntheraven1372

I have a bad habit of not asking for help, it has nothing to do with pride or thinking I can do it myself. It has to do with my childhood. One of the three things would happen if I asked anyone in my family for help with my homework: 1) ignore me completely.
    2) tell me after reading the question & the book pages, “the answer is somewhere on this page” as if I hadn’t known it...they could have said “within this paragraph, lies the answer”.
    3) grab the paper out of my hand while down sizing me, criticizing me all the while answering the question for me...I just understand the question for it was too vague.
Other than that I prefer learning, have no problem admitting when I’m wrong (my grandmother once told me “the strongest person in a room is the one who can admit they are wrong”). I ask myself when I find I am wrong about something, “what have I learned from this experience?”
Money is within a grey area, as is ALL things (including all life, the planet, our universe & the cosmos). It’s what is behind it, what is the motive, what is the action. In other words it would the person who is using the money who should be judged, nit the money. It’s just there, it’s currency that has been made for trading for goods. It’s not evil cause it can be used in more good ways than bad...in fact the only way money has ever been bad is when the world was unable to use it- the Great Depression.
Yes, I do care about money, I prefer offense (they win more times than they loose). Life is a bit like Chess, you’re always learning; you’re always on the offense and your judgment is not on the pieces or on the other player, it’s their actions.
    M

It doesn’t have a lot to do with money but in school I’ve always struggled with asking for help, I just felt like I already knew everything and I just was being lazy to apply it when in reality I just wanted to look like a know it all.A s the results showed in my grades I’ll start asking for help

Same here. But I've found after being raised by a single mom who went above and beyond despite being broke she never ask for anything. Being rich help me provide for her. As well as make sure I have food in my kids stomach every night if i ever decide to have any. I've slept in motels, cars, on park benches and gotten up at 4 am and taken public transit to go to my towns good school while in the ghetto all before the age of 18. I know you can be happy without money. But I also know money can reduce a lot of stress and it easier to care for people that you want to.

Thank you for your response. I realize that you have many people that you are addressing with your messages and you have to generalize most of the content so I totally understand that in 99.99 percent of the cases you are dead on with your comments. Sadly there are some that are great at finding loopholes in every great strategy and it is for that reason and that reason only that I felt the need to make my comments about steps 7&8. So overall it’s a great presentation and thanks for your response.

    • @TheBetterMenProject
      @TheBetterMenProject  5 лет назад +1

I very much agree with your take on point 7 and 8. They both can be used in an ineffective way.
You are right, my mission is to help as many people as possible and this also includes the insights from viewers in the comments.
I like the fact that you have more to add to the content, it gives the content much more depth and helps bring more value to others, which is what I am all about.

Thanks again for your response. It shows respect and I am certainly glad if my comments can be of assistance to those that I communicate with. This is because I usually only respond when I either strongly agree with or strongly disagree with. Your presentation falls in the first category with those minor exceptions. Thanks again for your response.

I haven't bought a lottery ticket for myself since I was 14. I live within my means. I'm happy with a good roof over my head, heat in the wintertime, and good food to eat! Yes I have tv, phone an the internet also, but so far I am able to afford the monthly bill for them:)! I have plenty compared to what I had years ago and I am grateful.

Strong points made and if applied can increase your chances exponentially of becoming wealthy. However I have a problem with points 7&8. Before you apply them you have to be sure that those 2 points will not have the opposite affect of what was intended. Often group undertakings can bring accomplishing even the simplest of tasks to a screeching halt. Therefore pay due attention before engaging in 7&8. Thanks for your presentation

Stalking women for the sake of relationships is something poor men do...not to mention struggling for power over women. Nothing but a broke man who has time on their hands got time for such ignorance. Totally poor mentality!!!

Thank you for this! Great way to illustrate how to shift our thinking. I love the part we can't do everything. It tends to wear us out when we try to do everything. Teamwork and asking for help, being proactive, being in it to win it, commitment and learning constantly, result vs effort, and so much more! Thank you!

I recently told my friend that I realize that average poor people spend too much time playing financial defense and not enough offense. We're so scared to loose our pennies that we think it's all about saving. Stop worrying about just having enough to get by and take a more aggressive approach towards your finances and learn how to leverage and invest while consistently upgrading your financial intelligence... go figure !
