      Hello, Maybe I will. Thank you so much,
      Number one enemy of a boiler system is pressure and air. Every time you open the system replacing a part or if you have a leak, air enters the system and if you dont have a decent air remover device, the air accumulate specially in elbows and create believe it or not a plug. It creates a barrier. Water cannot circulate. For that you have to bleed. You have to push water hopefully just on that branch , You isolate it by closing the other branches. Feed more water to the boiler and then circulate through that only branch. You then release that pressure (water ) (and air) through a bleeding valve that has to be located usually on the return line right before it enters the boiler again.

    Thank you very much Sir. I've been going through my system, and this seems to be it possibly. Mines is blowing cold air on the second floor and baseboard working well on the first floor. Second floor lever won't move at all and is getting 24volts.

    Should’ve checked if you could push the arm down and see if water flowed.

      In my jurisdiction, one of the strictest in the country, you need a license for new construction including remodeling. Repairs don’t require a license.

    Dealing with the same issue now. Could a flag that is hard to move be an indicator of a faulty module?

    • @alexthehandyman3494
      @alexthehandyman3494  Месяц назад

      Hello. If you are calling for heat, you should have 24 volts between 1 and 2 terminals. when you have 24 volts then the internal motor opens the vlalve. When the valve is open the flag or lever is easy to move from auto to open. If you have 24 volts and the valve is not open then the valve is to blame. If the flag or lever is hard to move from auto to open is because is not energized or it is faulty. Makes sense.?
