thank you for the video - i am a bit confused about where the marking on the sleeve is? I understand marking the seam allowance and think that you said it was 1/3rd along that edge? is that correct ? my difference is 3. 3/4" between high and full bust so am i correct that I am adding just under an inch to my pattern? get confused trying to sort out this bit also thank you for any answers
I found this very helpful but I don’t understand how you determined where exactly to mark a point at the upper armscye seam allowance (not the 2” mark). Also what pattern are you wearing. It’s so cute on you!!
i always have problems with matching the back and front piece at the sides and the bottom hem also how do you adjust to making the pattern a little wider
I have a few questions. There is no High bust measurement for The Going Home Raglan. What size should I chose to cut out. My high bust is 37 inches My bust is 42 inches I cut out the X-LARGE as my base size. I tried to do a full bust adjustment as per your video. I have a total of 5 inches between my high bust and bust so that is 2.5 inches if the front is on the fold. Because it is a knit I reduced it to 1.25 as you directed. The distance between my apex is 8.5 inches. Waist to Apex is 10 inches. I followed along easily until i added the mark 2 inches down from the armcycle. Basically this line pointed down to my apex so when i tried to close the dart along the 1.25 line down the centre it would not line up with this line. Instead it over lapped it greatly. Should I lower the mark to 4 inches from the arm cycle? I am lost.
I have a question. Do I make my side seam adjustment first since I am measuring from waist? So the patter has 8” mine is 11” so do I just my first and then measure from boob to middle of waist?
Thank you for the great tutorial Diana
This was so helpful! Thank you for doing this video.
No problem! I'm so glad!
Very well done, thank you!
You could do an arc with the first two numbers, and the correct spot is where they cross.

How is fab done on woven fabric with raglan sleeve
Very helpful, thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the info
You bet!
If your difference is 4 inches how much you add on the fab?
I’m a B cup. If I go by my upper bust measurement, couldn’t I just go out to my full bust measurement?
