Wanted to see someone do the bicep. I wear a 2xl usually, but my bicep is off the charts 🙃 mine measure 21. Usually means needing 4 to 5 inches added only for the bicep / underarm fat.
I have lymphedema in my left forearm to elbow (about 1" bigger around). I would like to sew my own clothes. Do you have any suggestions as to how to alter a pattern for this? I've only been able to fine alterations for underarm and biceps. Clothes made for those with lymphedema are very expensive. Thank you
Hi, there is a self measuring tape available now, it's retractable and you lock in one end. Mainly for circumference .

For sleeves that have a front and back do you just add a little to each side? And how do you make the arm pit bigger?
Thank you, very helpful.
Glad to hear it! Any time!
