We got a used set for $100 and had to clean it thoroughly with a steam cleaner & washing machine tablets, clean out the washer pump and replace the carbon brushes. That was all fairly simple and straightforward. We ended up with a washing machine and dryer that perform better than any other I’ve ever had. The clothes are cleaner, and the dryer filter actually removes human and dog hair! Also the dryer is the first one that dried my clothes all the way without shrinking them by using the Very Dry setting and pushing the Delicates button. I think it may also be that the washer spins them faster to get out more water. It sounds like a very quiet rocket taking off! If we have to replace them, I will pay $1200 each to get the same ones before I would buy another brand again. And I think that price is outrageous but still worth it for what all of our linens and clothes and bedding are worth!

I've done all this but it still washes but will not spin or remove any water what do I do next
