Neil Young Heart of Gold would be cool to know as well. Thank You for this Imagine and for all of your other videos that you share. They are very easy to digest and your relaxed down to earth feeling is lovely to share.
Thank you for your videos and lessons. I enjoy your playing and teaching style. Can this be played on the A Integral scale? I love the vibe the A Integral provides, but it doesn't seem to be a versatile as other scales.
I have a really hard time deciding which Rav Vast to buy. The two that are sticking out to me are the B Celtic minor and the B Kurd. I have no experience in playing instruments (becides a few notes on guitar) I'll probably almost always play on my own, and might want to accompany the playing with reciting and singing mantras, maybe some songs as well. I would also love to use it for mindfulness and meditation sessions to get people in a relaxt state of mind. Which one would you recommend with the above in mind? An answer would be super helpful since I can afford only one for the time being.
Hello there! B Celtic and B Kurd are actually pretty similar except that B Kurd has an extra note on it. Also have to mention that B Kurd is the most versatile scale we have in our range right now. It's a bit pricier than B Celtic but it pays off. They're both are very great scales for a beginner, so the choice comes down to this: if you want more versatility and compatibility with other musical instruments - go with B Kurd. If an extra note doesn't matter much to you - go with B Celtic. Hope this helps!
@@RAVVastSteelTongueDrum Thank you for your fast and clear answer. I think I will go for versatility, the extra note is worth the price I think if they are quite similar. Again, thanks for you quick answer!
It's possible if you won't use the note G3 which exists on the Kurd but doesn't on B Celtic. Also the note placement is different on those scales. Check this out, hope you can get use of this: drive.google.com/file/d/1wevlPTUHX6KxCSt6aozgEUezqbZIHIXv/view?usp=sharing
D Major and B Celtic are actually very similar scales. The thing is, D Major doesn't have all the notes that are needed to perform this. So you have to figure some way to substitute them. Glad you managed to do it!
Which songs do you guys want to learn? Tell us in reply to this comment!

Really nice, thank you for the effort!
Thanks for watching! And don't miss the second part! 😉
Really cool. Is there any way to "find" songs playable on B Kurd? If you have a list of "compatible" songs, please share it...
Thanks! You have to look for songs in B Key. And thanks for the suggestion! We don't really have a list but it's a nice thing to work on!

@@bjornbons2982 Not at all! Have fun with it!🙂
What is the Rav Vast drum you are using for this video? There is two tongs in one of the section thus you have 10 tongs total.
It is B Cetic Double Ding or B Kurd? Can I play the same song with E Low Pygmy that has only 9 tongs.
Is it possible to play this on Celtic B minor? trying to play along but doesnt quite sound right. thanks!
