I love ths interview! Dave is so honest and open about his troubled past. He could have taken the easy way out and been like "I don't wanna talk about it" but he chose not to. That makes me love him even more! And besides all that he is hot, sexy, and gorgeous!

All these comments here discussing Dave s patience and the abrupt questioning- thats all true but it is also true that depeche mode have traveled the world and Dave has certainly noticed how different culturee differ in how they conduct interviews. The Swedes are famously direct and to the point so he is quite aware not to take that personally.
This swedish interviewer has flawless and beautiful English......maybe he could have been nicer to Dave....Dave is very humble and a very cute guy!!!!!!!
What a great way to treat someone who was just revived from being dead, haul them off to jail when they need mental health services, nothing has changed sadly because I work psych in corrections.
