Nice review. For several weeks was sure I was going to purchase the Foundation Bar, Bass, and two Flex as rears. After further research I found that I believe that purchasing the two Duo's instead is a better option. Now deciding on color. I think the silver on the white speakers looks great with the stands. Would love an opinion or possible downsides of a white speaker. TY

In my opinion the white will be great because the actual white anodised surface of the Duo's are free from the 'normal stains' associated with 'normal wear and aging'. Thus the white will be an excellent choice! including going for the Duo's. Thank you again for the feedback much appreciated.

Hi Agustin thank you for the feedback and inquiry. Yes in my opinion the Duo's are in direct competition with the Beolab 17's. The B&W Duo's will extend further down in the frequency domain in comparison to the Bang and Olufsen Beolab 17's. However I know many enthusiasts who are die hard fans of B&O, thus if the brand resonates with you...it is the why to go. Both the B&W and B&O products offer high performance with excellent or first class aesthetics. You win either way. The Duo's offer the Classic B&W looks with excellent performance.
