What makes this argument so compelling is that we can understand where both of them are coming from. Rick has changed, but Michonne has no idea what the CRM is capable of.
I love that she fights for him, and she will call him out when needed. And when he mentioned later that he came after her, because it felt like his heart was being ripped out of his chest, I think we all felt that too. They always have been and always will be, my favorite couple of the zombie apocalypse.

This episode reminded me a lot of s3e12 "clear" with Rick michonne Carl and Morgan, with the whole episode taking place in one area, and the whole episode sorting out emotional conflicts. Truly one of the greatest episodes in the entire franchise.

It’s feasible that opening the door and jumping out of the helicopter, destabilized the flight of helicopter enough to swing into the building and crash. Very telling that Rick (despite saying he needs 2 go back 2 CRM) does not check for survivors… commando indeed!

This episode hit me to good, rick being lost for so long with no escape and no one to talk to about things really put a lot on him that he forgot who he was and what hes capable of and it reminds me of with what negan did to him, showing him that there was no way out of it, until rick spoke out to Michonne and finding out Carl saved sideq and the group in his last moment brought him back just as they did in this episode
That helicopter crashed straight into a building because of the storm btw. If Michonne had listen to Rick and not try to escape, they would’ve both been dead.
She's right to be upset. But, she has no idea how many lives she's putting in danger. And she doesnt understand that this is a different kind of broken Rick. Negan broke him quick. CRM broke him slowly. And he's right when he says he tried everything. He did amd she doesnt appreciate the suffering he's gone through.
