Hello you are sooo amazing that I'm putting your vids in my "Mom" playlist which I won't need for a long time. I'm just 18 but still sooo looking forward to being a mom one day. ❤❤
Consider working as a au pair or nanny for a period. It's a great way to get an idea of the day to day work involved with young children while being able to enjoy hanging out with kids often.
@@5Seed yeah so I'm planning on studying to become a high-school chemistry and maths teacher. And nannies aren't a typical thing where I live. Families usually live close to grandparents so they use them for looking after their kids. I know it sounds bad like this but I can't really explain it any better. Sorry. And also I hate traveling because I love to be with my family so no au pair 😄
I am one of those "silent watchers" hahah I know this video was posted a year ago... but I've been binge watching all your baby videos because I am pregnant with our first and your methods/lifestyle is very close to my own and what I want for my future family! 🥰 Thank you for being so transparent in your pregnancy/first year/breast feeding journey! It is so refreshing to see!
Tip for stains on clothes: get the stain really wet with water and then put the clothing item out in the sun! Within an hour or two of sun the stain will be completely gone!
I mean, yeah. Me as a soon to be cloth diapering momma was like "but it's water soluble. Just rinse it out and soak it in a bit of vinegar water or throw it out in the sun..."
Just want to say I love the content. I would appreciate if you could post a video about time management especially being a new mom, how do you manage to get everything done
This sounds funny to say but "hi" from a couple of your "silent viewers" :) My husband and I enjoy watching your videos from Uganda. Sage is lovely! She's going to be so smart just by listening to you talk to the camera. Thank you for sharing :)
I recently learned that I am pregnant and being that I am only 19 it’s been scary trying to learn as much as possible before I give birth. For some reason I always figured that older parents just had it figured out way before they gave birth, but I’ve slowly come to learn that all new moms are about as lost as I am. I’ve been doing so much research and watching so many video and I came across this channel on the search and was absolutely delighted to see a lovely mom and her adorable baby girl. It’s been a pleasure watching these video to gain some knowledge while also getting the pleasure of watching Sage be the cutest little thing. I love this channel so much and have been binging every video!! Getting to see Nikole’s whole journey has been very comforting because I feel that I’m not alone in my journey.
Hi from Florida👋🏼 I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been watching your videos since I fought out I was expecting! So beautiful to see your journey and family grow. Thanks for always keeping it real and helping out other women❤️ You’re awesome!
Poop Pourri😅!! Those subscription baby toy boxes are the best for all the reasons you mention. Give one as a Baby shower gift or to a new parent instead of cute outfits and honestly they will THANK you later 👍. My two are 17yrs and 30yrs and l never knew those onesies are designed to go down over the body not over the head, you learn something new. Thankyou Sage for being a trouper in Mummys videos you are so cute😘
I heard it’s best to avoid baths and instead do showers for babies to avoid baby getting urinating tract infection because of the constant soap floating
Another fun video to watch, your girl is so busy, and active.I love how she watches you talking to the camera. She may give you the side eye..if it's not Sage approved..Also the suds on her hair in the bath..the cutest🛀 That nail filer looks so easy to use,can adults use it?🤔Baby nails are so adorable...Thanks sweet funny Sage for making my day enjoyable🙋♀️
I've been a dedicated follower and watcher of all your videos! I started coming to your channel only as a trusted source for new healthy recipes, kitchen hacks, meal preps etc.. but when my husband and I were thinking of having a baby, you got pregnant with Sage and I followed your entire pregnancy journey intently! My son was born last month and now I'm binging on your postpartum videos as and when I can (especially while I breastfeed him). And just like your other content, even these videos are just SOO informative and helpful! I'm one of those silent watchers that you mentioned in this video who has never commented on anything, but trust me when I say this.. I am one of your biggest fans and admirers!! Thanks a ton for being so candid, so real and so amazing Nikole! ♥️
Omg Sage is so adorable, I notice she is really active! When my baby was that young she was actually really chill lol, it’s so interesting how every baby is different 💕 Can you do more baby related videos?! I love them! Possibly a baby clothing haul or even a mommy clothing haul lol 😬 I’m obsessed with those lately I don’t know why lol 😂
I have a 6 month old baby girl and that nail file save my life🎀👩👧👶🏻 my babygirl had long nails when she was born and I tried to use a clipper ,catched a tiny bit of skin and I felt like the worst mom ever. I got the electric nail file and let me tell you babygirl recognize it and even extend her little hand with no fear at all🙏🏻🙌🏻👶🏻🎀
I guess I’m a silent watcher lol. Totally agree with the socks, it is pointless, my son lived in sleepers with the foot. Best thing ever (until they start walking of course). On a totally off topic comment, I’m also descendent of Portuguese, my father was born in Portugal, I was actually born in Brazil but I live in the US now. I really miss bacalhau!!! Any idea where I can find it? I haven’t been able to find it yet here.
It’s been so great to go through this journey about 2.5 months behind you. Myself and own little one are benefiting from your positivity, realness, opinions, exploration and hacks! You help me feel like I can do this as a younger mom who wants the best for her kid but not to go too overboard with some of the stuff other youtubers do. Thank you so much! Also you and Sage and the whole fam are just adorable. ❤️😁
How does this work? I have an awesome baby bathtub that has my daughter in sitting position so I'll let her sit in that while I take a quick shower but I cant imagine holding her all wet and slippery and both of us somehow getting clean. She is almost 15 lbs at 4 months and my arm muscles have not gotten strong as quickly as she had grown!
The sun only bleaches the stains, but the stains are still there. The best way to remove stains is with a proper wash routine using at least 40 degree celsius water and a good amount of detergent + boosters.
Hi🙆♀️ Nik❤ Sage looks Gorgeous 🤗🥰😘 u know same here I didn't no about this Onesies until I became a Mom🙆♀️🤗 n my wonderful nice she's the one who told me a bout this🙄🤪Crazy how we learn about all this little things 🙈 u r an amazing Momma 🥰 u guys take care ❤❤🐾❤
Love your videos! All the way from South Africa. Do you mind doing a vlog on breast pumping? Am giving birth in a few weeks and i'll be so hacked if I cant breastfeed or pump.
YES YES YES ON THE DISHSOAP! I actually use the power dawn dishsoap! you can use it on ANY stains! food, bibs, drool, milk, anything! try it out too :D
Sock ons.... you can buy them on amazon and apparently keep the socks on. I saw a friend who has baby of similar age that was gifted them. I haven't tried them yet as it's summer now so she's flopping round in mostly just a nappy but sounds like an OK idea
Hi , first time to watch your channel and loved the ideas. I didn't see the link for the monthly subscription for toys. Can you please post it here. Thanks xx
The scratches... Yes! I used to say that my skin looked like I was nursing a kitten.. when my son's nails were short enough he didn't seem as interested is scratching... I think he liked the feeling of clawing at things... Lol
I donno which video it was but I bought that nail filer thing and man this is really genius, my boy had all scratches in the face and nothing would help... Now he has smooth nails 👍🌺
😭 I poured out a full little bottle of breast milk because it was in the fridge for too long! I'm so glad you mentioned an alternative use because I was so sad it went to waste. 💔
Farmers stain stick !!! It gets everything out. Gentle and natural ! We even use it on our clothes and it gets stains out that have been there for a long time.
Hi from Bulgaria! :) I am a mom of a 3 year old boy and a two months baby girl. I enjoy your mommy vlogs :) I admire how active you are and I feel you as my friend :) Thank you!
I’m a first time mom and I’m glad I found your channel as it helps me in my motherhood so much! Thanks for sharing these hacks! I’m already doing the nail file, zipper over snaps and sockies already - will definitely try the rest of your hacks.
I remember my sister nipped my nieces skin trying to cut her nails a long time ago (my niece is 22 now) and it scarred me for life so you bet your butt I put that nail file on my registry and I’m happy to report, someone got it for us!
Holy crap. I’m in my final month, baby can come any day now. I’ve watched your videos off and on throughout this pregnancy and now it’s about to be game time. Thanks so much for the time you’ve put into these awesome vids of advice! It’s helped this ftm tremendously
I usually don’t really comment because I think you tubers don’t have time to reply or they are busy so I don’t but this made me want to! I love your videos! Me an my bf always watch them because we have a 2 month old. Your videos calm my anxiety I think. It’s just so clean, healthy, an happy. Really makes my day happy an very happy when I see little sage grow! Congratulations to u an Matt. You guys are awesome 🍃👌🏽🦋🌞
Gym membership with childcare so you can sit in the jacuzzi, then take a long, relaxing shower. For all they know, you're at a yoga class.
That's kind of genius
Brilliant 😂
Wish my local gyms had childcare😒

Hello Amanda, how are you doing?
I mean, yeah. Me as a soon to be cloth diapering momma was like "but it's water soluble. Just rinse it out and soak it in a bit of vinegar water or throw it out in the sun..."
@@lizzylambardo8103 yup, we do cloth diapering and it's amazing how the sun gets rid of all the stains on our diapers! So easy too.
@@AmandaIdzerda I wish i didn't live in michigan with 4 seasons. I can only really sun diapers out during summer.
Omgaaaa I laughed at the absolute cuteness when you started to trim her nails.....she is going to remember that for life!
Yes!!! She was so adorable!
Just want to say I love the content. I would appreciate if you could post a video about time management especially being a new mom, how do you manage to get everything done
I am 5 weeks away from baby #3 but my second was 8 years ago and I feel like its all brand new, so your channel has helped me so much!
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I can't wait for my baby to arrive, thanks for the tips❤️

Thank you for these I’m 27 weeks pregnant trying to get prepared
Ooh so exciting!!
I think those toy boxes are cool but I don’t have money to spend $80 on a toy box every month.😐

What was the pillow you were using while breastfeeding? Is it a pillow specifically for nursing?
Bombas brand socks are a game changer. They have grips and do not fall off. Highly recommend.
Regarding the stains: lay the laundry in the sun. It does the work for you! ;)
