    Honorable mention reasons:
    1. All-I and Long GOP options.
    2. Dual SD Card Slot.
    3. Amazing Color Presets.
    4. Decent AF performance.
What are some reasons you still use the the Fuji X-t3?

It’s true. You just need to do 3 things to get a “cinematic” image from the XT3:
    1. Turn noise reduction off completely.
    2. Turn sharpness all the way down.
    3. Use either a mist filter or soften it in post because the image is still too sharp even with sharpness all the way down.
The high ISO in low light, combined with noise reduction completely ruins the image.

I came here to reinvigorate my love for my XT-3 (upgraded from an XT-10). I've had this camera since right before the XT-4 released but never got a chance to fully enjoy it until recently. All the hype for XT-5 and other cameras were making me doubt my little powerhouse!
What I didn't expect was a very emotional montage talking about a very personal subject that really affects why I first became a photographer years ago.
Capture the moment. I have three dogs and that's what I want to capture at all points in their life alongside mine.
    RIP Moses. My deepest condolences.

Sorry for your loss! Our dog passed away around 4 years ago when she was 11. I still get teary eyed seeing photos and videos I captured of her but I'm so thankful that I have those to look back on. We now have a new puppy but it took us 5 years until we were ready to do so. Great advice on just capturing those moments. Keep up the great work!

Yeah, it was actually my first dog too. Always grew up with cats (which are still hard to lose). The toughest photos to look at were the ones I captured at the vet when we were spending our last moments with her. Just thinking about it now, still has me on the verge lol. It'll get easier though. Just takes a lot of time. @@Ansonandco

@@PatrickChondon oh man I could not bring myself to include those photos in my video. I took one last photo with him. I wish I had taken one with the whole family, but I at least got one with him and I. There is also one where we are cuddling the night before we had to say goodbye, that one was hard too.
Thanks for the encouragement, just got the notification that his ashes are ready. The encouragement came at the right time ❤️

I got teary-eyed over your testimonial to Moses. We had a giant black lab that was a puppy for 12 1/2 years. He only spent a week being an old dog. He treated me like a hero when I got home every day and for a long time I felt that emptiness when I came home.

I'm renting the X-S20 to compare with the a6700 and I really love the image quality (same sensor as the X-T3 I believe). I especially love the ability to turn off or turn down the in-camera noise reduction. I think that feature alone gives the images such a pleasing, organic quality. Also, the different aspect ratios, 16:9, 17:9, and 3:2 are amazing. I just filmed the talking head portion of a video I'm working on in 6.2K 3:2 and I love it. C'mon, Sony!
Sorry about your dog. We have an older dog who is currently in great health, but I know his time (like everyone's and everything's) is coming to a close sooner than later and I absolutely dread it. They bring such joy to our lives but their passing is a trial

I appreciate it dude, that’s where we were like a year and a half ago. Knowing that his life expectancy is coming, but just taking it as it comes. It definitely started going south in quicker fashion, but we definitely were fortunate to get the extra time that we did.
Dude I’m extremely interested in this comparison!

So sad to hear about MOSES . i love dogs so much and i can understand your pain . I also have been taking many videos for my dog and yes we can cherish them forever for the wonderful time they had in our lives. Stay strong . And btw i totally agree on XT3. But xt4 is more better which reduce the hassle of Flog preview on external monitor only.

I had this camera and I really wanted to like it, but I always found a reason to bring some other camera to the shoot - like my 5D3 with ML most often. I traded it and all the lenses and cage and such for a used … Sigma FP.

I haven’t seen much on the 30 ii BUT I would say if it matches you budget, then it would be a decent option. I do remember the mk i not being as beefy in specs as the xt3, and if that is still the case I would go xt3 or even xt4 for filming codecs and frame rates
