Wow I’m so excited Finally I’m seeing a chasidisha person talking about this stuff We have so much to offer Why shouldn’t we listen to our own gifted insights Thanks May hashem be with you always You do holy work
I'm so glad l was led to this this evening. So helpful to me where l am now. I love your approach and the advice on handling problems is just what l needed now. Thank you so much 😊
Thank you for this. I have been struggling with trying to find the best way to meditate; I have ADHD and my mind will not "turn off". I was also confused about the concept of meditation in general, as some say that it is "bad" and can open a person up to being overtaken by bad spirits. This was especially confusing since in the Torah there are several examples of those described as "meditating." You have broken down and explained this in a digestible, easy to understand manner. Shalom, and all praises to The Most High!
looking forward to hearing your feedback
Do you have guided meditations ?
Thanks Rav, תודה
