- One week after winning the Delaware State Hayley McNeff takes the Maryland State overall! I didn't think it was possible but she looked even better than the previous week!

She is simple a phenomenon of bodybuilding. She have the charisma of Ronnie Coleman, her poses are amazing powerful and with a disarming confidence. Only 21 yrs she is the Mozart of female bodybuilding. I think that she become also bigger

Hayley has declared she wants to get HUGE. I hope so. I'd love to see her beef up to 170 or 190 pounds or even more. She's got the genes, beauty and total self-confidence to do it. She could easily compete with and defeat male bodybuilders in her weight class without losing any of her sensual femininity. GO FOR IT MUSCLEGIRL!

It's the tan. That and they're also rubbed down with a special body oil so their muscle tone and definition will show up better under the lights which is what the judges are looking for. Unless you're naturally tan, you probably won't score very well if you go out on stage looking as pale as Casper the Friendly Bodybuilding Ghost. :P

It is better than what most people do with their lives, which is nothing.
She is all natural and has worked very hard for what she has earned.
Do some research on the subject before you make comments like the one you made. What you see in this video is weeks worth of self sacrifice to peak for one moment. Take a look at some of her off season pics, if you even know what that is, and perhaps you will gain some knowledge on what physical culture is.

Well to several, she is considered beautiful and attractive. It's very difficult to be a female bodybuilder and still maintain some degree of femininity and charm. Especially since the only way to make it in bodybuilding is by using steroids for males and females alike. She is tiny compared to the pros. But hey, female bodybuilders really couldn't give two craps about the negative things that people say about them and they brush criticism off like nothing.
