Raising the Bar 3 is not about female bodybuilding, but we do briefly profile a young newcomer to the sport.
In this excerpt Hayley McNeff expresses the enthusiasm I'm sure those of you who are bodybuilders remember feeling when you first started working out and felt the excitement of those first startling gains!

Thanks for posting this Mike. All of your videos on RUclips are so inspirational and well done. Genius to say the least. I have been watching your =submitted videos for the past couple of years but still can't yet afford to buy Raising the Bar series on dvd... but some day. They help me get back into lifting every time. ps- your brother is a f'cking monster in all aspects of everything. I hope to have his determination in ANYTHING some day.

Her enthusiasm and her passion was incredible. I wish she was still in the bodybuilding scene, she could have went far in my opinion. Plus, she brought the feminine appeal to women's bodybuilding like Cindy Phillips and Dani Reardon. Besidew, Haylet McNeff is hot, she reminds me if Wonder Woman in a way

Hahahahaha....she sounds so sweet & innocent, just like a teenager...and yet she works out like an adult ! She is passionate and straightforward and open w/what she says and is not only convincing but sensible in her declarations...She is in between expressing inspiration and becoming so inspiring herself ! I'd like to check out this film in its entirety...

Ms. Hayley McNeff is so beautiful and hot. It truly is incredible that she was able to get so big naturally. People have an issue with her attitude? She's a strong and confident woman and most men are intimidated by that. She knows what she wants and worked hard to get it. She has every right to be full of herself and cocky or arrogant, if she wants to be. She is a great woman and is very inspirational. She has earned the right to be who she is, to show off her body and to say things as she sees them. She is better than us and she knows it. Don't blame her for being awesome. Learn to accept her greatness.
She will be a monster in the future!!!!

Where did you hear this? A belt doesn't take over the work your abdominals and spinal erectors have to do. All a belt does is give your abs something to push against. Which makes your core a lot tighter.

@gatomjp I'm not concerned about other sports...I initially referred to bodybuilders...Not boxers, not NASCAR drivers not climbers but hey i see that you sympathize with bodybuilders so if you're sensitive about them, then fine.....And I ask you because you happen to film all these documentaries and thought that you might have talked to them more than anybody about roids they take to look that awesome and so we can learn what 's their secret....unless you don't talk with them about roids.....

Using a weight belt on Non-Max lifts is bad for you.........
it lets your core be lazy and you will not have proper muscle development to accompany your future lifts. Which will lead to injury.

but theres a right way and a wrong way to do things....
ONLY USE A WEIGHT BELT DURING A MAX, not a work out!

I got that vibe too. She wins one contest and she thinks she's the top shit. Her physique is incredible and impressive for her age. But her attitude isn't as appealing. She just doesn't seem as mature, kind, and nice as other young female bodybuilders like Cindy Phillips, Jennifer Broomfield, Megan Abshire, and Allesha Young. Looks like her muscles aren't the only thing getting big. Oh well. She's only 21. She'll eventually start acting her age.

Man! She's this hot-headed and cocky already? I can't imagine what she'll be like when she starts using steroids. Because we all know that there is no such thing as a natural pro bodybuilder. ALL bodybuilders take steroids. Especially if they want to become pro and really go far in the sport.

We'll see in a few years. If she really wants to make a name for herself in the bodybuilding industry and someday turn pro, she'll have to get on the juice sooner or later. That's just how it is unfortunately. :/
