      If I’m not mistaken it works the middle chest. But if you change up the variation of push ups you’ll be able to work all sections of your chest

      Nope. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. There is a certain study that it might cause hair drop too so be aware of that

    Hello coach. I wanna ask you which is better for me(I'm 16 years old and 5ft4 and 65kg) calisthenics or bodybuilding? I've been into bodybuilding for a year and I gained muscles but I'm thinking to switch to calisthenics because it's more functional and will make you move well Compared to bodybuilding that will make you kinda stiff. I'm also short so I think this is advantage in calisthenics. But I'm scared of not building the muscle and shape I dream in with calisthenics. What do you think and any tips.

    does it actually reduces dehydration?
    i feel like it made me more dehydrated (thats of course before i increased my water intake from 2L to 3L daily)

      Yes it will. It helps your muscles store more water and hence dehydrates you

      I try not to take protein powder and rely more on real foods. i also drink plenty of water (3 to 5L a day) to keep my skin clear

    I usually like your videos, but this was kind of pointless. It takes more than a few days for any supplement to take effect. Even on loading phase, when you take 20g of creatine it takes around a week for a body to be loaded. If you want tl realy test the effect of over taking creatine you should test it for over a week. Any if at all effects that might feel are probably psychological effects rather then real beniffits from creatine. With that said, pleae people, do not over take supplements, there is a reason for recomended dosage. Do not kill your liver and kidneys st young age.

    I think you are going away from you niche... videos you make these days are entertaining but your channel exists to actually help people ( in aesthetics to be more precise ) you should stick to your moto! As an experienced guy i can tell you some topics that might help you like looking aesthetic through calisthenics, love handles, v taper, chest fat or maybe you can going a bit into the anime stuff for example- there is a really jacked new charecter named toji, small youtubers are making video on him like "How to look like toji" but none of them show their own physique but thats where you come with a thumbnail of you and toji in similar clothing and pose with a title "How to look like Toji ( No bs guide )" thats just 1 type of example you could even do it with movie charecters! I could tell you a ton of things but that way you wont learn anything, anways good luck :)

      Why only chest fat? When in a deficit your body takes fat from everywhere, u can't target fat loss
