Hey Damon, You are my sole motivation. Simple, clean and no BS! what do you think about meditation? the past 5 years were incredibly hard. Covid was really harsh to me and my family. two years ago broke up with my girl after 15 beautiful years. My father got cancer and this shit is scary. Workwise i am not happy. I changed how i think and live. after a back surgery, i decided to leave the gym, and just do calisthenics. i workout for three to four months, and then i get into a low, and stop working out. then i start again. I started meditations now (wim hof breathing) combined with cold showers and taking baths in the river, also in autumn, winter and so on. and it gives me motivation, and just also training my mind, doing things i dont like to do. doing babysteps, but theres a lot of room for improvements for me. is there anything you do on your mental health besides clean diet and workouts? sorry if you discussed that on a other video. keep it up!!
Hey man! Huge respect to people who meditate. Personally I can't go 5 minutes meditating because I have ADHD.
Personally I love calisthenics because I HAVE to give my 100% (since bodyweight training is very difficult)regardless of how I feel so it gives me a much bigger endorphin release as compared to regular gym exercises. Combining that with healthy, good food stabilises my mental on a daily basis.
Regardless, do what you love! If it works for you, go for it 100%

For me I just eat whatever I want because I have a high metabolism and if I do put on some unwanted fat after a bit I can easily loose it in a few days 👍

Loved the video bro, really enjoyed the more personal videos about your routine. I was wondering what your thoughts are on intermittent fasting and one meal a day? Would you recommend it?
I attempted both before. Tried out carnivore diets too. I recommend doing that for short term goals like if you're gonna be competing for a competition or if you need to lose weight asap. But otherwise, they can set you back further than where you started from because your body becomes too deprived of food all of a sudden. I recommend taking it slow and always looking at progress long term

Closer towards this year, yes. But for the past 3 years, it was just calisthenics
There should be fixed timings to train daily or u can train any time during the day or night?
For me, if I train in the morning, my focus will be more on difficult skills since I will be 1-2kgs lighter. If I train at night, my focus will be more on basics since I will be slightly heavier

can you tell me if you diet is good i am 16 175CM and 60.5kgs i can do 1 pull up and about 25 push ups i eat 3 eggs in the morning then i eat what my mom makes then protein cereals or some fruits then i eat what my mom makes again and how can i increase my pull ups right now my workout in 100 push ups 50 pull ups whit bands 50 dips with bands no rest i want to add 50 archers push ups on my knees . i cant do any archers push ups yet but they look really cool

Would really not call that a cheat day, especially with everything you cook being boiled. I usually see only obese people diet with boiled food. Solid workout nonetheless

Not necessarily. You only gain fat if you consume more calories than maintenance without the proper amounts of protein on normal days
@@Caliversity thanks man I'm sorry for asking I ask this because I have a disorder call binge eating disorder its really hard for me to control it
@psplayer6673 i struggle with that aswell sometimes. High volume, low calorie-dense foods help with staying around or under maintenance calories without more cravings because youll be full from eating so much even though its fewer calories. Basically if your problem is binge eating too much food then choose which foods you binge so that even if you eat alot you wont be going over your daily calories, or atleast not as far. Dont buy foods youd usually have no self control with, and dont go grocery shopping on an empty stomach (everything will look tempting to get). Also remember to eat enough protein
