- This is the second part of the car remote control installation video. You must watch first part to have basic understanding of the system and wiring. Here in this video I am showing how to install the motor actuator for car door. Next parts will come soon to illustrate wiring further.

locksmith has great value today. car locksmith is earning good money. key fob has such controls for car. viper remote start is extra feature. entry systems are not very common. electronic entry systems are good to hack. car remote keyless entry is perfect for most cars. keyless lock system is not very expensive to add in a car. remote door entry systems are cheaper now a days. keypad entry system for doors is common in today's car. electronic fob entry system is good choice. electric door locks home are also becoming popular. car key alarm remote is supper feature. locksmith have good opportunity. car locksmith have good future. car remote door lock is important to understand first. remote for car keys is good to be there. digital lockset is a good choice. electronic exterior door locks are not very common. door keyless entry system is an extra facility. keyless alarm system is supper to have in your car. electronic keyless lock is easy to operate. keyless entry locks for the home have extra beauty. keyless entry alarm system is valuable. door lock deadbolt combination can be done easily. exterior door keyless entry can be programmed. keyless entry door lock car can be done electronically. electronic keypad for door can be fixed for Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Chevy and Honda cars. car key and remote replacement is very common job in Saudi Arabia. remote car starter with keyless entry is also common in the market of Saudi Arabia. remote car opener is a device to open up a car without key. exterior door locks with keypad can be controlled electronically and it is a common fashion now a days in Saudi Arabia. house keyless entry system is also in fashion in Saudi Arabia. exterior door knob with keypad are working with electronic door lock system. number keypad door lock is another control locking system. remote door unlock car is good to have in your car. electronic door entry systems are simple in nature but a little bit tricky to understand at first. key programming is another special skill an auto electrician mush have and understand as it is commonly used when swapping ECU or PCM for a car. key fob car key is good for keyless entry in a car.

Looks like you're moving along pretty good with the door lock system. One thing I noticed Jahan was that the door lock actuator seemed to be a little too high. The connecting rod would be working at an angle from the actuator to the door lock button. The person who originally installed the actuator looks like they installed it too high. In any event, I'm sure that it will still work, but may work a little better if the rod is level from the actuator to the door button. Keep up the good work Jahan...
i have Honda Civic 1998 model (sedan) VTI engine. in my car have power windows.with key when i lock door from outside all door lock and unlock. i want install door lock central system. I don't have information" either i use actuator motor or without actuator" . i am actually confuse.kindly guide me.
If you have already installed center locking system for doors and it works then you don't need motors actuators. Instead you only need a remote control box for locking and unlocking remotely.

That link rod looked like a plated welding rod or a spoke from a bicycle wheel.
Also the thin rods from a faulty umberella can be handy :-D
To join rods i have used the inside of an electrical connector block, two screws in a brass tube is the part i use.
I wonder if thats how you have done it.

Good video. Sir l have ford figo 2014 lxi model.I want to fix a central lock system for all 4 doors. Remote is not necessary .if it comes as such kit then OK.
Pls suggest good third party CL company n cost?
Some suggestions in net are figo has some complex system wiring so some mechanics hesitate to do it....pks help..thanks in advance..
Dear friend you can do what ever you want to do! It is all up to your budget and liking. There are some aftermarket systems available in the market which have more facilities and some have less facilities. The price range also vary accordingly. Anyhow you can get the one shown here for Sr. 120 or so and some accessories having some more price maybe total Sr. 200 and further could be the installation cost. Here I have shown all details how to connect the system. Hope anybody having a few little tools and little understanding can do the job. So you can select any system from the market and can install it on your car. In my understanding the central locking should be there for your car from company. Best of luck.

Dear I have Hyundai Elantra 2014 without central lock. I check in makete they said its little hard to install central lock motor in Elantra. Originally the motor is coming with lock.

Sir, how to reduce the output signal siren time of the remote control unit?
For eg...the original output signal siren is .5 second, then how to make it output only for .1 second?

Sir my car i20 comes factory fitted with central locking system, but without remote keyless system.
And I opened the door panel, remove the latch actuator assembly. There is a connector or switch on the latch actuator. Is this particular switch meant for remote central locking or for some purposes. Please help me about this.
Afterall, the car being a central locking locks all doors with the push of a doodle handle button on driver's side.
But is it connected to all the door ??

Another way to enlarge the hole for the wire, is by heating the wire enough to melt the plastic.
+muadhatnet Yeh thanks for the tip. You are right you can use heating method to burn enough plastic to make room for new wire installation. Problem is sometimes you have no arrangement for heating at site or you have no intention to adapt a new way to do a work. Regards,

This is not heppening. Lights are 12v and the system is switching 12v too to lights. So no problem to lights in such a case.
@@JahanZeb1976 but two 12 v meeting at the same point without load will cause a short circuit..

For example, a circuit has one end of bulb connected directly to 12 v through a physical switch and other end to ground.
Now, when switch is closed, bulb lights up. That's ok.
Now, you add another same physical switch again to the positive side of the bulb and active this switch leaving the first switch off, what happened, yes the bulb still glows!!!
The real test...
What if you activate both the 2 switches at the same time...boom you are on fired!!!!
Two power supply from same source meet at the same load .....

Lol. This is not the case. Two lines from the same source will make a parallel supply connection to the load. Nothing like fire or explosion 💥 would occur but the load would take current through two lines. Make experiment and you will get the answer. Maybe if I will get some time, I will make experiment and will upload video for you.

+Aneesh Unnikrishnan Seems to me like a security problem. Sometimes it needs key reprogramming and sometimes it could be a loose connection somewhere. You can watch one of my video where I solved such a problem for my Toyota ECHO. Maybe it could be the solution of your problem! Yes. This is the quality. You can use lock as manual without damaging it.

Yes sure. 2005 xli is the same like 2001 xli. Virtually this system can be installed on almost all cars makes and models. The price depends upon the system you are about to install. It start from $20 to somewhat $ 60.

Is one actuator motor enough for the remote locking? Or I have to install four ?
Obously you need one motor actuator for every door. You need four for all doors and maybe fifth for trunk if option is there in the unit. Stay tuned and blessed.

If there is already center locking then there is no need to install any motor. Motors are already installed. All you should do is to connect the remote box to the existing center locking switches and wiring.

And, sir, I found 5 wires attached to the latch door lock unit of driver's door Hyundai i20. I assume these are the main wires you referred above which switch off and on the central locking system.
Now, my problem is that which of these wires should connect to the corresponding wires of the remote control unit to lock or unlock the car?
