Back in my school days. We had a very old teacher(close to retirement old). She walked into the class confidently and started the lesson. She had scripts for all her leasons, so even her "improptu" questions can be traced back a few years. The only thing that chaged were students. And, 5 minutes in, everyone realized that the whole session was the script from last lesson. People gradually stopped taking notes, teachers pets were silenced, some people answered "impromptu" questions correctly impressing the teacher, and we were given the same homework as last time. After class most people had the same grin as I have right now after listening to this episode. Thanks!
25:00 i kind of related to wade, cause when i was younger like before the age of 9 i got a polaroid camera and thought to myself well i know these are really old, but how did i know these were old if i was never taught about them until later on?, i was born in 1995 and i’m 27 now so i just wonder why i thought that

I almost like the old format (Three Peens In A Pod) more than Distractible. This episode is so reminiscent of that, which is why I loved it! I like hearing your guys' commentary on current events. Sometimes, the format for Distractible is kinda rigid and seems to disrupt the flow of conversation. I get it though, it's easier to have talking points and engagement with specific topics. Just, please don't do yourselves a disservice for the sake of propriety. You guys are great! Thanks for making Mondays fun 😊
That "interpreter" is infamous for doing that. Florida is terrible about grabbing the closest person that knows minimal sign lamguage and throwing them onto a stage in serious situations where Deaf people need information. Just like red shorts guy during hurricane Irma.
Alright, this is officially my new favorite episode. Not only because I'm glad that they got back on such an interesting topic that I strangely relate to (especially Wade's anecdote about portable CD players and such), but also because Wade absolutely killed it and was hilarious throughout the entire episode, I was just laughing every time he brought up his dogs. He deserves that win.
Ironically the things people see now and think "WOW" are film cameras and anything Analogue. Digital is SOOOOOOOOO BORING holy everything is a pixel. Pixel based photos, videos, apps, shows, internet. To have something physical is mind blowing
the "aw he's told this story before" part ( 47:00 ~ ) reminds me of a professor I had in college who would tell the same 3 stories every class each week, gave up on teaching us the material, told us to write a 12 page paper, and then he left the state before the semester was even over and told us to just mail (not email, physically mail) the final to him.
This entire episode is the embodiment of Distractible, they got so distracted they didn’t do any points nor did they even have an ongoing topic

It means they kept up with necessary tech (phones, computers, printers) but not luxury tech (video games and consoles, TVs, stereos, radios, DVD players, etc).
I think because this episode is a perfect embodiment of being “distractible” this episode is pure genius, Bob. ❤️
Okay aside from Bob's Fridge, this has to be one of my favorites so far. I got a lot of kicks out of this and look forward to the next one they do. 😂👏
I remember what Wade is talking about. That "Stupid Videos" thing.
It's 3 a.m. and I have a stomach ache. The title fits me perfectly
As a 43 yr old person enjoying the absolute heck out of all this content, I feel both old as dirt and targeted 😂😭👍
That "interpreter" is infamous for doing that. Florida is terrible about grabbing the closest person that knows minimal sign lamguage and throwing them onto a stage in serious situations where Deaf people need information. Just like red shorts guy during hurricane Irma.
It’s always a good day when distractable uploads
This is giving my Drunk Minecraft vibes because it was the fact it was all over the place never could catch the main topic but loved every second lol
This episode was just a "When you google Alzheimer's but all the links are purple" moment
That manscaped plug was so beautiful 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 😆🤣🤣
the "aw he's told this story before" part ( 47:00 ~ ) reminds me of a professor I had in college who would tell the same 3 stories every class each week, gave up on teaching us the material, told us to write a 12 page paper, and then he left the state before the semester was even over and told us to just mail (not email, physically mail) the final to him.
I love that man's caped commercial, just hearing Mark scream EUCALYPTUS Oil is hilarious 🤣
The last 10 minutes are fucking gold. But you gotta listen to the whole thing for any of it to make sense.
Tifa Lockheart is old news, now Soulja Boy… that never gets old
This episode makes me feel old, and I'm not even that old
This is just them having casual conversation like they’re not doing a podcast and it’s nice
