The thing the haters miss is that Luka LOVES to pass as much (or more) than he loves to score. The problem is, passing to Jones, Green, Hardaway, and Kleber means that he's losing 3-5 assists per game on wide open shots being bricks by role players. Now with Klay, Marshall, and Grimes (plus a full season of Gafford to go with a more experienced Lively) you're going to see a drop in his scoring, but a big difference in his assist numbers (which were already at 10). My guess is he'll be at 28/10/14 and win MVP in a landslide when Dallas is the best scoring team in the league and wins over 60 games.
Your right about assists but he's still gonna drop at least 30 a game

Luka had a great all around defensive year before he got injured right before the playoffs. Statistically he was the 9th best ISO Defender and legitimately top 2-3 best PG defender all season long. You can tell it just got too much that he had to take painkiller injections before each game, he needed to conserve energy more than ever too to facilitate and score so he had to rely on team defense but Boston was just too good. If Dallas had faced a team like the 2023 heat and not a literal superteam they would’ve won but they lost so the narrative shifted again and just blamed it all on Lukas defense when his literal teammates couldn’t make shots to save their lives and choked!

Luka Doncic will definitely beat Wilt Chamberlin's record bc he scored 100 in 1 game and Luka will definitely beat that bc almost every year he beats his own top scoring record

Giannis is a problem on defense AND offense. Giannis literally goes to defenders, causing them to foul. When Giannis is healthy, he's clearly the best player in the world. Giannis makes plays for other ppl. Giannis is as good as any of those dudes offensively. And Giannis clears Jokic and Luka on defense.
Just a few weeks ago on Celtics podcast they were saying the Celtics specifically game planned for Luka and that Luka was BBQ chicken. Imagine you are the best player on your time and you are the worst defender on your team🤣🤣. They Celtics are saying they want Luka anytime bc he BBQ chicken. That's disrespectful 🤣🤣. And Jokic is a liability too. He depends on KCP and Bruce Brown to play defense for him.

@@This_World_Aint_For_The_Weak They are taking into account a well rounded game. Luka can score from all levels. Giannis is a one trick pony he gets to the basket and finishes and goes to the foul line. He is an atrocious mid range and 3 point shooter. He also can't run an offense like Luka can. Yes Giannis is much better on defense and slightly better rebounding, but Luka does more for his team IMO.
Am I saying Giannis is somehow not good......................not a chance he is amazing and top 3, and honestly I'm not opposed to someone having him over Luka or Jokic as it's all a matter of opinion because all 3 are just simply amazing players.
When you brought up the foul baiting shit there are two things I wish you would have referenced.... 1. Look up the stat if you took free throws out of the point averages for every player last year. Luka lead with 27 per game withouth FT's. 2. Once the league tightned up the calls after the all star break, it was Luka that had a historic run of 30 point trople doubles. It was him and Brunson that were the best down the stretch.

How has Giannis done in the playoffs recently?
Giannis fans are funny. They can't stop talking about 30 on 61% despite the fact that Kareem had 35 on 58% (so I guess that 2% isn't as important as those extra 5 points). You realize 52% of his points where in 0-3 feet from the rim (also known as dunks). This is in the worst defense in the paint since the 70s (maybe worse than that). He had 61% when more than half his points were dunks? Wow, how surprising. Great scorer, great defender, good rebounder. Not as good as Joker or Luka.
Only thing Giannis is better than Luka is defense and even then theyre not far apart this season when Luka was healthy Giannis is a overrated defender hes nowhere near his peak now. What really separates Luka is his scoring bag and playmaking which is miiiles above Giannis, literally the best offensive engine EVER!!
