    Lovely job as always. I winced at seeing James cutting that foam and passing his fingers.

    I love the fabric you chose for your covers, and the nifty corner trick that Sarah's mam demonstrated. It's a fabulous conversion, and you should be so proud of yourselves.

    Lovely fabric choice and I really liked the way the window/windscreen blinds are made. Thanks for the foam cutting tip, I used a stanley knife when I cut our mattresses down, but know what to do when we refit! It's been great watching your van build and I am so appreciative of the thoughtfulness and care that's gone into your design. Such a beautiful van, thank you for sharing your skills and learning process with us!

    It's so awesome that Sarah's mom was able to help with the van build. It will be interesting to see what you guys would change now that you have lived in it for a year. Looking forward to your next video and the final round up of your van build series.

    I'v really enjoyed following the van build and learning a few things along the way (the other people building vans always seem to miss out. Looking forward to watching your travel videos soon. I'm looking for a van myself now. Unsure which van to get because i want to stand upright in the van and i'm 6ft4. Can i ask what's the standing height inside your sprinter?

    • @healingjourneys4241
      @healingjourneys4241 3 года назад +1

      For your height a high roof Ford Transit is the only van that will allow you to stand. Folks up to 6’5” for the Ford Transit High Roof.

      @@healingjourneys4241 I'm 6ft5 in my boots. LOL. I used to be 6ft5 but i lost about an inch after surgery.

      Personally you need to go and stand in a range of the popular vans that are converted, take away your ceiling and floor construction, then you will get an idea what van you need. I work in the vehicle repair industry and every time a parts delivery turns up I'm climbing in the back 🤣 to see the load height as I'm 6ft 1. The best van for me regards ceiling height is the fiat ducato, relay or boxer h3. Hope this helps 😀
