Jason, I've to thank you immensely for the breakdown of the solo for this song, I've already learned the earlier sections & now I'm to the point that i can play this comfortably & I'm going to tackle the rest of the song for which you've already posted. even my sweep arpeggios have improved. This piece absolutely rocks being that Jason skills for lack of a better word is brilliant. When i get this learned I plan on learning Perpetual Burn & Mabel's Fatal Fable. ✌🤘🎵🎸

correction**. you are missing the position shift in the middle- the position shift is almost like. pull off- but technically you slide- but think about it as a pull off*. basically - - so 5th string 14th fret, 4th- 12th fret, 3rd-11th- hammer 16th fret. thats pattern 1. and pattern 2 is 3rd string16th, 2nd, string 15th, 1st 14th-hammer 19th. -- those are almost symmetrical pattterns (minus the adjustment for the b string). but you start at the high note (19th.) and descend- and shift posititions on the G string from the 16th fret to the 11th*. (first octave 19th high e to 16th G string (second octave) pulloff/slide to 11th Gstring. 12th fret D string 14th A string- then ascend in that 1 postion all the way to the 14th fret on high E string-----slide to 19th fret---pull off 14th fret high E--Bstring 15th fret---- G string 16th fret---- pull off/slide 11th fret G string--- D string 12th -- A String 14th*. (side note in the first movement, he doest this once on the last E minor*. he doesn't ascend the 1 pattern- he starts on the 12th high E. and ends on the 7th fret A string

Dude, this is incredible. I have spent a lot of time searching for a proper lesson that includes the slide off of the b minor sweep. You’re a monster guitar player! How did you accomplish that tone? Thanks for the lesson brother!

Thanks for this. The nice thing, and maybe different thing about this section compared to normal shredders, is that this part is like a background accompaniment for the melody the keyboard is doing in the foreground. It is quite orchestral even if it is ‘in your face shred guitar”.

COngratulations, you are 1 of 3 people I have seen incorporate the slides (as it is supposed to) -- but unfortunately you didn't do the same with the Emin at the very beginning- it does the same thing the Bmin does- starting on pattern 2- slide to 1- and then slide back up to change into the nbext sweeping pTTERN
