Love the Zenith Aircraft. Thanks for doing the video. Very professional and well done. You’re a natural Dakota. Clearly comfortable in the aviation environment.
Nice plane.... For fun flying, light sport aircraft are the best. I enjoyed flying a few years back. Flying doodles is my ticket to aviation now. Thanks. Thanks Jake and Dakota.
Great video Dakota, seems you're getting comfortable with hosting. I was looking at Zenith at EAA Airventure, liked the plane, configuration, and lotsa options. Good to know it's a fun light sport plane, all your comments were informative. Great episode!
how is that plane at doing the 'impossible' turn? I get the impression that stol planes are typically pretty good at it. meaning they can come back from very little altitude. because they can turn on a dime and maybe they are difficult to stall.
Fantastic video Dakota! You are truly a Professional. If I wanted to learn to fly, I would feel extremely comfortable going up with you as an instructor. Just not in a plane that has “Experimental” Placards inside!😂😎
Remove those slats and gain 5 mph cruise. You can optionally add vortex generators to the wings and tail. The slat do little, main function is to put hair on pilot's chest.
Very nice video Dakota. Jake seem like a very nice fella. He needs to stop comparing indicated airspeed, true airspeeds with ground speeds, and understand the differences. We as pilots really only care about indicated and true airspeeds. Ground speeds will take care of themselves with wind direction and velocity. Thank-you
True but he said the plane could have a higher groundspeed with tail winds. The aircraft goes through the air at a specific speed. no matter what direction the wind is blowing. @@ooBOXooPICKLESoo
I understand the 750 stol is a slow airplane. 108mph at 9gph?? 175 hp? What are beneficial performance stats of having 175hp? Does it take off in 6 feet? Climb at 2000fpm? 10 gph is ideal for cross country???
Oh dear, bees are an endangered species. Shame you guys couldn't have just opened the door and ushered it out, rather than smacking it to the ground and squishing it.
Bobby.....Genius choice to host Flying Doodles. Dakota seems to be in her element. Knowledgeable, calm, cool, and seemingly unflappable with the right balance of chatty.. I loved her quote......Every landing is a go-around with an option to touch-down". She is warming up to the camera and we are warming up to her! Looking forward to more of her on this channel and your others.
Great video. I feel his misery, and 2008 I had a 750 with a jabiru 3300 you literally could not fly it in July and August in our Tx heat. I sold it and bought one with a ULS 350 what a difference that made with the full fadec engine. Now I have a Zenith 701 with the hundred horse rotax which is fine with me, because I fly off of my strip here at the house which is only about 800 foot long and I pull it straight into my Haybarn.
I trained back in 2001/2002 in a C172 with 180 HP powerplant, tuned exhaust, constant speed prop, and 40 degrees of flaps. That 172 was a rocket. My CFII fricking hovered that plane a Napa (KAPC) in a head wind with full flaps. I loved that plane. Unfortunately I don't fly now. I miss it. Thanks for the video!
I have an acquaintance who has an airplane he put together as a kit. It has a geo metro 3 cyl engine which he runs at 4000 rpms when he's in the air. He has 3 airstrips on his property and a lot of planes.
Dakota, great episode. You were much more comfortable in this episode than the with the Cessna 182 flight. I think you will do great with this channel.
Who is this guy (Jake)! I've got a Zenith 750 and live in Texarkana. Would love to meet up buddy! Let's go fly the Red River together! Where are you located?
Love the Zenith Aircraft. Thanks for doing the video. Very professional and well done. You’re a natural Dakota. Clearly comfortable in the aviation environment.
As others have said Dakota, you are getting comfortable in front of the camera and it is obvious you know your stuff. Great job.
👍✅ Very different hearing Dakota instead of Bobby but I'm liking it!
Love this! Flying Doodles is gonna explode with Dakota.
Well done Dakota! Great video❤
Thank you!!
Nice plane.... For fun flying, light sport aircraft are the best. I enjoyed flying a few years back. Flying doodles is my ticket to aviation now. Thanks.
Thanks Jake and Dakota.
Nicely done Dakota !
Thanks!
STOL aircraft are the way to go for us out in the country. Lets you live anywhere in the US. Great video Dakota! Cant wait for more content ❤
Wow Dakota is a great host she seems to be in her element
Great job Dakota! Love your interaction with the pilot, Great START

Dakota, you're rockin' it.
well done Dakota, you are definately in your element. loving the new "flying doodles" thanks
What a natural, Dakota in her element, AIR. Way more chatty.
Nice flight demo Dakota...
Great video Dakota, seems you're getting comfortable with hosting. I was looking at Zenith at EAA Airventure, liked the plane, configuration, and lotsa options. Good to know it's a fun light sport plane, all your comments were informative. Great episode!
Well done Dakota! Your perfect for Flying Doodles.
Now, change the avatar for the channel. Dakota's got it!
Great Dakota !!! You rock !!
Love this new channel 👍🏻✈️
Great video Dakota, how about getting in touch with Gyrocopter Girl and seeing the world on Auto gyrocopters.
That was better than Bobby doing the show! [ Cause he's one of those jet jockeys ! lol}
Your a natural Dakota!
You said bush... Let's Go!
maybe we will see a doodles - cleetus mcfarland collab in the future
Very good Dakota.

Fun times. Well done. However don’t kill bees
Good video. The bee was good content. 😂
ANR headsets made your ride much more enjoyable in that noisy aircraft

What's wrong with comparing the speeds? Nothing was getting mixed up. 90-100mph TAS is what the stol 750 does in cruise.

It looks like Dakota will be better at these flying vids than Bobby.
Good job!
hi great video 👌
👍excellent
Thank you very much
Ok, now Bob needs boat with a flight deck and sea plane.
Dakota is much more comfortable in the plane than on the boat. You look very nice on the boat though Dakota.
Great Video! I'm in the middle of building my own 750 and can't wait to finish.
!!! and punctuate it with a ! and a ! !
Fun

80-90mph TAS 4.5gph around 1200fpm climb by myself. Around 700fpm fully loaded.
Every time I hear Dakota say flaps I think of piss flaps 😂 the old saying for a woman's vajayjay ☺️
Oh dear, bees are an endangered species. Shame you guys couldn't have just opened the door and ushered it out, rather than smacking it to the ground and squishing it.
Honeybees are not endangered (or even threatened or imperiled) and impact native pollinators. There are more of them now than ever.

Dakota hits it out of the park, she is a natural in the flying doodles roll. Great pick bobby
Very comfortable. Well done!
Excellent. Would it be difficult to add a small window showing rudder control footage on take off and during manueavers, side slip and stalls etc?

Job well done, enjoyable confidence. You can tell who is/was a CFI.
Hi
👋
0255, is it just me or is there a bit of a dent/depression on the left wing top? Laurie NZ. Btw my favourite aircraft design! Thanks. 😊
Fantastic video. Loved the narration and tips from Dakota. He's a sharp guy, too. Best of luck on his commercial endeavors
What a great little plane. Thanks for the intro.
Love it what a sweet plane ,thanks Jake and Dakota! Your awesome Dakota!
