I’m Filipino, so I would definitely consider images/artwork of random Filipinos I don’t know. Same for pictures of Mexican people bc my partner is Mexican. But other than that-it’d have to be a really exceptional piece.

Hi Brandy and Zach! I agree, no weird pics of people I don't know in my house. But seeing that photo made me think I should take out my box of old photos of my grandparents! There's some great ones I'm sure that I could frame! I agree that first store was really pricy but the others were pretty cool and more reasonable. You two are so cute together!

Hey Brandy. I willed your vlog today. I added a comment to your post on the community tab asking for a vlog soon and here you both are. You two shopping together is always a good time. To hear your thoughts and ideas, enjoying the walk through in an antique store is such a vibe. As for having pictures of unknown people in my home, it's a no. I find it creepy and it would never work in my home. Not my style. Also I love cookbooks. I enjoy trying and reading through the recipes, the story behind the cookbook whether its a childhood memory or passed down from a parent or relative. I find it very interesting. The photos also capture the beauty, the love of what a home-cooked meal would look like. I love to cook and cookbooks at arms reach can be inspiring. I enjoyed this vlog. Keep them coming Brandy. I’ll be afraid of their dark spirits. My sister lives in a house with dark spirits. We had to temporarily move in. She’s a nurse that works at night. Well apparently we pissed them off by moving in and being there at night. They would push our belongings off the bookshelf that’s secured to the wall, slam doors and my nephew would turn up slightly injured. They would lightly push him off his tricycle he rode inside. My sister deals with a lot of death so she isn’t bothered by them.
Have you thought about mailing smaller items home? Like if you had enough items worth mailing home.
I think it’s weird because I have no emotional attachment to them. If it was one of my ancestors I’d be fine with it

Old photos of family members (I have a huge photo of my great grandmother as a teenager with her siblings and parents) = ❤️ 👍🏻
* Her sister is an infant sitting on mother’s lap in the foreground and of course she couldn’t sit still long enough for the cameras back then… so she’s in a gown that makes her look like a ghostly figure (all blurry) and my kids think that’s creepy! Haha
And Rescued Living is so my jam! The other ones are just junk stores to me - you would have to ‘treasure hunt’ to find the gold, and guess I’m getting too lazy for that! Let someone else do the work and I’ll go to Rescued Living to purchase the gold! 😉
