@@reinextdoor How's it going,In simplest term the UCR is more taxation that's it,another cost of doing business.It's only $60 annually for those operating under their own authority.You don't need it if you're leasing (contracting) on to someone's authority.

You can get insurance without a vehicle...get a vin number from a used car site and tell your insurance agent...do 75k first to get your numbers active then before u run your first load upgrade to million

You actually can get your Authority active without having a truck first. You can put Commercial Insurance on a personal car. This will make good content for a video.
