I got some el-cheap-o tow mirrors from Amazon, I think the brand is ECCPP. My truck is a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. The reason why I replaced the mirrors was because the original mirrors had a tiny spot mirror for the wide-angle. The ECCPP has a much larger rectangular wide-angle mirror. I did notice that it does have more slop than the original, but even at 80+ the mirror is very stable, there's no vibrating reflection. My complaint about it, is that the mounting studs are shorter than the original. On one side, I managed to get all 3 nuts on, but it was a struggle. On the passenger side, I was only able to bolt down 2 out of the 3 studs. Still works.

Someone definitely needs to make a preleveled pair of mirrors for sure, seems to be a main complaint I hear everyone say. Love the truck,especially in red! Keep up the good work!

I accidentally bought the 07-13 mirrors, they look the exact same but I had to trim the bottom and drill a new hole but I made them fit.
Ebay sells exact same mirror for $140 all the bells and whistles.

The only problem with these is there is no power fold option for us guys who have power fold option on the Duramax.
In regards to the high output reverse light, is it really helpful or more of a gimmick per say?

That's one way to handle a stump I guess? Run it over a thousand times.
Mine(tow mirrors) came with 2018 as factory option. Besides extending out for wide loads they're good for blinds spots as the bottom points downward.
Never noticed them not being level though. They don't appear canted. I'll have a look see if noticeably. Doubt I'll care enough to adjust them though even if I notice it.

The mirrors 1A auto sells made by trail ridge have really good lights, fully functional, great reverse lights and marker lights are really nice too along with a adapter plug for the truck they are going on.

I’ve been skeptical about the eBay ones and I’m glad I didn’t budge on em after you explaining about them on this video. My wife got these tow mirrors from boost auto for my ‘11 GMC Sierra 1500. Can’t wait til I get them!

They keep pushing these switchbacks but I dont like them. My can lights are amber and I want my mirrors to match (which they do because I have the pre switchback mirrors) and as far as leveling goes that's never bothered me a bit

Truck master, got a question for ya. I have a bone stock 2006 LBZ and was gonna put the wcfab high flow bundle kit, which you have install videos on all of that but i dont know what egr delete kit to get or if i even have to get one?
Justin Zeller if you’re getting the high flow bundle kit it should come with the cold side intercooler tube right? If it does, that replaces the boost tube the EGR mounts to, so you just have to block off the up pipe in the back. A blocker plate works, mine hasn’t failed, but cutting the arm off that goes to the EGR is a better option. You will also need 5/8 Heater hose to route the coolant to the firewall. Don’t get an egr kit, if you get the cold side pipe, the hard part is done. Just get a blocker plate and 5/8 heater hose.
What taillights are you currently using?

I have them on my but the top mirrors look like funny mirrors. They are not as clear as the bottom mirrors.

I have boost auto 2015 style mirrors on my 2012 Sierra. I am pretty sure they are better than Ebay mirrors, but in my opinion they are still Chinese Junk! I’ve had water leakage into the left hand amber turn signal twice, they replaced the first one under warranty and now I have the same problem again. The chrome they use on the outer caps is garbage quality. These mirrors do not compare to OEM GM mirrors.

@@boostautoparts I'm not happy with the quality of the chrome caps either. A little over a year later.
@@M1k3y0501 Sometimes the caps can deteriorate if not kept clean. Have you checked out our chrome restoration fluid? It works wonders, and is designed to bring the life back for this exact case.
