I use the “cargo lights” in the mirrors as work lights more then anything. I find it hard to use my mirrors when backing up with them on. Very nice to have regardless on how you use them
Try that light with a fresh battery and see if it does any better, if not id take back and get a few smaller ones instead. Love your content btw, cant wait to get some decals

The reason the 1999 and up Ford Tow Mirrors look funny on the OBS is because from 1999 on the door had that dip in the window and placed the mirrors just a touch lower. Put the newer mirrors on a OBS and their just up too high... Love the OBS btw!

I always said, if ya got the right tools, the know how of the project you can do the job . Explanation and validation go hand in hand . The craft of doing a one off build is gonna require focus and discipline as you may encounter hick ups along the way .Product knowledge is essential . Not everyone has the ability to do it all but with a few good buddies the job can get done . You know my industry with the doors, for the most part their is enough harness wire to pull from either both the inside of the fire wall and the door to creat proper length during door extension , i like the fact that Zack used heat shrinks instead of but connectors, its the best method for voltage continuity , and you dont have a bundle of but connectors taking up needed space . Great educational video for the diy guy cause not everyone has the ability to get extra training courses in their area of the country . 🎶 work a 40 hour week for a living, just to send it on down the line 🎶

i would suggest getting that wire for your back up cam moved up so its not rubbing on the edge of the cab like it will not last as long as it should.

We have an 18 Denali, never use cargo light, and we work in dark all time
I prefer the m12 flood light because it is a lot easier to take the battery out. Its a bit hard to remove the big batery on the m18 flood light
