I’m so jealous of your terrain! I live in southern Delaware and it’s flat here. We have to build obstacles. You got it made there!! Love your Marlin! Keep on trucking!
When I was 20 I bought brand new 1979 Toyota short bed that looked exactly like the marlin. I had 4 inch lift and 33 inch tires fun truck. Have you heard of the crawl.space in Denver? I have a couple comp trucks with that body pinched and bobbed.
Yota guy all the way two 1st gen 89 4runner and 81 longbed sit in my Driveway. My 1st crawler was a marlin crawler and can not wait to add one of the rc4wd fj cruises and 4runners next.
Toyota for sure. Had an 86 SR5 4x4...extremely reliable...I sold it to Marlin's(yes , that Marlin)just about 3 years ago. Bought a new 91 Wrangler 4.0....it was a piece of crap. I constantly had trouble with it. As for end-point adjustment...I only made enough adjustment so the tires wouldn't hit the leafs. Never had a problem with breaking CVD's. That's running a Revolver and 4s. Now...this is on my 9 year old Trailfinder with RC4WD CVD's....not the CVD's that come in the Marlin....I'm curious if the Yota-2's are a weaker material because I've heard of people breaking them.
Both Yota and Jeep man 😂 Yota hands down over the jeep for leaf sprung classic 4x4 rigs but jeep for coils solid axle and capable comfort. 👌 nice vids 👌
I've never had a problem with the yota 2 axles breaking shafts on brushless power. It was more likely to strip the diff gears or once I sorted that out it would snap the pinion on the helix cut gears I got. I've dropped it down to a 2850kv from 3800kv and haven't had any problems since. Also Seeing as I have 2 full size FJ40 and most of my RCs are J40 base I'm definity a Toyota guy.
My current class one trail rig is a jeep but I do want to get my hands on a tf2 chassis with a 4 runner body and some day and lwb tf2, but the body doesn't mean to much if it cant keep up with the group. Side note videos are awesome! Always look forward to watching them.
I’m a Jeeper for sure! Although I’m ok with Toyota as well...I keep looking for a 2 door wrangler RC I know there has to be one just hard to find right?
Cool video mate.. always entertaining. The soft foams on the marlin seem to work, but a closed cell insert would have saved that turn when you had to save it.. Truck goes great though.., I'd get one. Cheers 👍
Toyota. Hilux baby. All day long. As a machanic also . Toyota is easy to work on. . I drive a 1993 ford raider every day. 2.6 petrol. But nothing was like the duel cab LN82
In 1to1 I'm a ford guy in rc what ever works the best . And hell I can watch your videos all day they bring me home

Very nice my friend
Great video❤❤❤
I'm both Toyota & Jeep😁 Awesome run 👍
Toyota was the go-to wheeler when we were kids. They take a beating and run about forever. Rotted frames were an issue in the northeast though.
I also like that you put your friends on blast.
I just ordered a Tf2 so I guess I'm a Toyota guy, Marlins are all sold out so will need to do some upgrades to mine
To your question, both! I love both the yota and jeep
I like both toyotas and jeeps but I really love jeeps!

Great spot to run Logan, lookin forward to seeing your other trucks out there..
Love watching these Marlin vids! My Marlin is one of my favorites rigs to wheel. Looking forward to seeing your other rigs at this location.
Can't wait to see the other trucks run in this area.
I like both

And Chevy.
And Ford. ( ‘67 Mustang on Losi worm drives. )
And Little Red Wagons on Wraith axle with 4WS.

Man that thing was sick. Any future scaler plans?
Awesome!
KEEP YOUR RUBBER SIDE DOWN? I like that ") nice video and commentary
Great video again, thx for sharing. I know you're more into performance than scale but are you planning to complete the interior and a driver?
I’d definitely like an interior!
How did you loosen the tiny little bolts on the beadlocks rims? I have the same truck and one tire is wobbly would like to take apart
I’m a Jeeper for sure! Although I’m ok with Toyota as well...I keep looking for a 2 door wrangler RC I know there has to be one just hard to find right?
