    I really didn't want to work out today, struggled so much with motivation. I saw this no repeats pop up and managed to press play. So glad I did, my mood has completely changed 😁 Sometimes the days you really don't want to are the days you need it the most ❤️

    😓 Very sweaty after this one! This was a great workout, especially since I didn't feel like doing it today! BUT I am glad I did! Thanks for the no repeat workout!

    This is hotel friendly, perfect for summer travel especially when you don't feel like working out. It's such a brilliant length, too.

    picked this sweaty workout to start the New Year Off with a bang. I ended 2022 listening to Blue Champagne with you Heath...and now here we are again having Blue Champagne to start 2024. Might need to go try some of that blue stuff. 🎉 This is going to be a fantastic year I already know it. ✨

    I love your workouts, attitude, and presence!
    Since you asked, I thought I would share that this particular workout was a little heavier on the "jump-squat" variations than I would prefer. But it's no problem! I have many favorite videos of yours saved, and sometimes I try the new ones. This one isn't going to make that list, but it was a great challenge, and I certainly did work up a sweat!

    This is one of my favorite workouts you’ve posted. I can usually find 30 minutes and I try to work everything. It was hard enough to be challenging, but nothing killer for this old body.

    I wasn’t sure if I REALLY wanted to do this workout- already did 50 minutes just prior. Plus- its SUPER hot 🥵 and humid here. However- no repeats - & a HIIT- ok! Did it &, while extra sweaty, I’m glad I did. Thanks Heather. Donna 🇨🇦🎒❤️

    This wAs an amazing workout!!! I have started to workout after quite a lot of time and this workout hit in all the right places. It wasn’t very easy but I could definitely do it along!

    I also want to mention that when I started your videos there were moves i couldnt do like the crab dance because i was too heavy. Also today for the first I didnt partially do the burpees but fully. I have an issue with my neck and the movement would irritate it, yet today somehow i felt my neck was strong enough for the movement and sure enough Im fine. It feels really good to make progress and feel stronger!

    I love no repeat! I started the workout with thoughts that today I’m too tired for the full session and was thinking I’ll do just the first circle, but because I was curious to see each upcoming set, I pushed through until the very end! Great workout!

    What a great no repeats hiit sweat sesh Heather, loved the new moves! Saving it to my favorites💜 (burned about 200 cals on my fitbit)
    I ended it with your 10'cardio workout from the daily 10 series and what a perfect finisher, drenched and happy by the end! 🔥 (burned nearly 300 cals in total)
