But it's no problem! I have many favorite videos of yours saved, and sometimes I try the new ones. This one isn't going to make that list, but it was a great challenge, and I certainly did work up a sweat! Love your channel and content. This is one of my favorite workouts you’ve posted. I can usually find 30 minutes and I try to work everything. It was hard enough to be challenging, but nothing killer for this old body.
That was great. I tweaked my back last week and this was first workout since then. Had to modify only a couple of the exercises. Felt challenged, satisfied, and safe. Thank you HR.

This wAs an amazing workout!!! I have started to workout after quite a lot of time and this workout hit in all the right places. It wasn’t very easy but I could definitely do it along!
I also want to mention that when I started your videos there were moves i couldnt do like the crab dance because i was too heavy. Also today for the first I didnt partially do the burpees but fully. I have an issue with my neck and the movement would irritate it, yet today somehow i felt my neck was strong enough for the movement and sure enough Im fine. It feels really good to make progress and feel stronger!

I love no repeat! I started the workout with thoughts that today I’m too tired for the full session and was thinking I’ll do just the first circle, but because I was curious to see each upcoming set, I pushed through until the very end! Great workout!
