I’m about to tell you how I felt about the end of xyz, obviously i felt a little sad but it was when I saw how Bonnie looked sad. I knew it would lead up to something. Then dedene just ran off after a crushing goodbye. I thought I would recover but then Bonnie had to hit me in the feels again trying to convince dedene to come out. It was already worse emotionally. Then the goodbye. Serena and ash say goodbye and ash she walks off I was either about to get hyped to see a kiss or rage that the ship would end there. Pokémon did not disappoint. Then we get a nostalgic battle between clement and ash. It all comes back to you. Then the icing on the cake was when we see the montage and when ash goes home as the words play- And on our own way. It hurt. I couldn’t get over it for a week. I felt like I went through all the stages of grief. I really hope the ship gets a good ending. Also Is it just me or did Serena not get the love she deserved. I feel like some people only liked her for the ship. They didn’t consider how she is an amazing character and not just used for shipping purposes

Hi man, nice video but here are just a few more points I found after watching the series again! 1) Ash was spending majority of his time on his and Serena’s 2nd date. While doing things she likes like shopping. Ash also seems more into it then she is and quickly realizes somethings on her mind, while holding her hand, he drags her to the battle field where they share their first battle ever. After a short match he compares her bond with her Pokémon as something akin to his own. This is srsly the best ep ever in my opinion. 2) Ash noting Serena as big factor in his victories against Viola, Korrina, and Wulfric. Her voice snapped Ash out of thoughts quickly remembering the training from yesterday, then managing to beat Viola. Looking at Serena gave him a clue on how to turn the tables against Korria, and Serena pulling Ash out of his depression after losing to Wulfric. He even thanks her at the end of the day! So this means It’s not only Serena who looks up to Ash, but Ash also looks up to Serena for support. 3) In the past, Ash said he’ll support Zoey and Dawn equally but when Miette asks him if he’ll support her or Serena if they battle face to face, Ash without hesitation says he’ll cheer all he can for Serena. This just proves he cares a lot abt her❤️ 4) Actually agreeing to take her on shopping trips in the ep “A fashionable battle” when he made it crystal clear in the past he abhors it. And often has to be dragged for such things. 5) When he gave Serena a present wholeheartedly without provocation which was a silk ribbon she wears on her chest where her heat is ❤️ It just proves how much Serena values his gift💝 6) Serena was the only girl who received most amount of compliments from Ash, on the clothes she wears and even on her baking he’s also the only human being who enjoys Seres pokepuffs even though these desserts are for Pokémon’s *only* 7) Him actually physically protecting her in the eps “Campaign Reunion” by a Then wild Luxio and then in ep 65 Anyways this is all I have. This is also for you Salty Serena haters who thinks Amourshipping is “one sided” this just proves it wrong. Thanks for a lovely video man!

I don't know what my favorite AmourShipping moment would be. However, I can say that the one with the most impact for me (besides the kiss) is the flashback of when Ash and Serena first met. I find myself returning to that moment a lot. I only watched the XY series in Japanese. So when I watch this moment, I love the voice deliveries and the music chosen. When Ash and Serena first meet, the Laverre City theme plays. After Ash pulls Serena to her feet, the embrace and the musical cue make my heart skip a beat.
I think it's also worth noting that when after he lost to Viola, he has doubts about winning even with clemont and bonnie there. But after Serena showed up and he gains more confidence and never lost another gym battle again... Except The Snowbelle Gym. But he lost The Snowbelle Gym is because of him scared of sawyer. Serena snaps Ash out of depression so that he could get back to his old self. But sadly he lost the Kalos league. Geez Serena, maybe if you would've kissed him before the kalos league he would've won😂. Soo in conclusion Serena has made a huge impact on Ash's life and Ash has also made a huge impact on Serena's life. What more do i need to say? They are made for each other #Amourshipping

I think Serena will return in pokemon journeys since they have been bringing back a lot of classic characters like Dawn and Iris. But considering how important their relationship was I don't think it will happen til very late in the series.

I don't know what my favorite AmourShipping moment would be. However, I can say that the one with the most impact for me (besides the kiss) is the flashback of when Ash and Serena first met. I find myself returning to that moment a lot.
I only watched the XY series in Japanese. So when I watch this moment, I love the voice deliveries and the music chosen. When Ash and Serena first meet, the Laverre City theme plays. After Ash pulls Serena to her feet, the embrace and the musical cue make my heart skip a beat.

Soo in conclusion Serena has made a huge impact on Ash's life and Ash has also made a huge impact on Serena's life. What more do i need to say?

Ash was so mature during the xy series that the writers gave him a lip smooch from serena and then they made him regress back to being a kid in the next 2 series without serena coming back but they bring back the og characters and other minor ones!

I think Serena will return in pokemon journeys since they have been bringing back a lot of classic characters like Dawn and Iris.

Like you said, i think serena returning is almost a guarantee. If i'm not mistaken, the 20th pokemon movie (I Choose you) was originally going to show all of his past companions. but they didn't do it because i think it'll be too long. Soo, they put the idea in Pokemon Journeys. Maybe she'll grow her hair back because in the end cerdits of the movie she had her long hair (or maybe i'm just digging into this too much). And i think a lot of the people who work in the pokemon company are Amorshippers (Junichi Masuda, etc.) Again, maybe i'm wrong because im digging into this way too much.
