A complete absence (or nearly) of refrigerant can do that -- pressure switch tells system to not even bother. Or, the clutch is bad! See if you can send 12V to it directly and make it hop.
@@theundergroundlairofthesqu9261 Probably the clutch itself, because I had the system recharged. Or there's a loose wire somewhere. Just got too many other things to fix.

I need to figure out why the AC clutch on mine isn't engaging.
