Jeg husker at på den tiden mente jeg akkurat det samme og kanskje enda litt mer ekstremt. Det var miljøet den gang. Det var noe unikt, nytt og det var masse inspirasjon å hente i musikken. Imidlertid døde jo black metal livsstilen ut ganske fort. Idag er det jo bare musikken igjen. Alt ble vel oppbrukt for fort.
I 94 var jeg 16 år og det var en drøm å gå gjennom denne tiden. Samoth og Emperor var de største idolene. Ihsahn og andre vil nok slite med stå innefor idag det de sa 20 år tilbake.

Haha. Det høres sjukt drøyt ut i dag, men vi mente jo det den gangen. Det brydde ikke meg heller at jeg hadde få venner for både jeg og Ihsahn var jo på et annet nivå enn dem. Uansett hva man snakker om så har ting sin sjarm for sin tid. Dette hadde det den gang. I dag er det knapt mulig å praktisere noe av det.
