No your hunger is based on your size and how active you are so everyone needs different amounts of calories and portions. Serving sizes are just meant as recommendations and the 2,000 calories a day thing is just what the average person consumes but you don’t need to follow this!! You need to listen to your body. But obviously if you are only eating junk food then you will probably gain weight just bc those usually aren’t very filling so you’ll eat more and then you’ll end up eating way more calories than your body actually needed to feel full

A few weeks or so ago I learned about intermittent fasting and thought I’d try it out (started June 1st) and I was pleasantly surprised to hear both Kristen and Heath(according to his latest video) do intermittent fasting too. 😊
Natrual papaya enzyme tablets are the BEST for heart burn and tummy troubles. My dad has used it since the 80s for him and to give to me and still does and now i do. And now they're much easier to find. Wholefoods is where i get mine. Make sure its real papaya and nonGMO. works within momemts. Good for hrt burn, hangover tummy, or just upset tumbo troubles. Chewable and taste like PEZ

Loved watching this and seeing the visuals! It's interesting to really put emphasis on serving sizes. But your strawberry serving size must not of been from a good source. I am a nutrition and dietetics major in college and a serving size of strawberries is about 144-152 grams which is full cup cut up or about 4 large strawberries.
A serving size is kind of like a suggestion saying “hey, don’t go over this amount on this food” and most people, when they do these videos, don’t really understand what a serving size is for or what it is. This is the most accurate video I’ve found of someone doing this challenge. Always eat until you’re full and don’t overeat. Knowing when to stop, instead of letting the amount of food on the plate decide, is better for you.
Just seeing the first meal you ate and honestly so glad you made this because I’m always told I only eat a little but I feel like I’m full, I’ve never actually seen someone who eats the way I do and it’s Comforting to see someone healthy eating small portions like I do.

I don't know how you added everything, but if you look at the serving size for an egg, for example, it's included in a 3 course meal. Same on the boxes of pre made food, they take into account a starter, side and dessert :)
