Sometimes it's ok to say "I don’t know"

How do you feel when a student asks you a questions and you don't know the answer?
This can bring up deeper issues for us as teachers and challenge our self-belief. In my free talk, I will be exploring our beliefs around how knowledgeable teachers 'should' be and how and when it's ok to say "I don't know".
