honestly, you can toss ANY sort of killer in the game and while it does give the serotonin release for a grand total of two weeks, we need game modes, changes to the fundamental game just as much as this. (Not trying to be a buzz kill, rather say things as they are and put emphasis on changing the foundation is so much more important.)

Dracula in general is public domain, so if they didn't make it a Castlevania tie-in it would be "original". Personally, the king of all vampires is far more interesting than whatever offbrand vampire BVHR could come up with.

As The Chameleon infiltrates the Entity's realm, its primary objective is to foster distrust among survivors, transforming their cooperative efforts into a deadly game of survival. Ability: Deceptive Camouflage The Chameleon can seamlessly blend in by assuming the guise of a survivor after standing still for 3 seconds. Over the next 3 seconds, it morphs into a survivor of the killer's choosing. While disguised, the killer is limited to repairing generators and vaulting windows. The killer operates without a terror radius while in disguise, and attacking instantly breaks it. If the killer hits a survivor while in disguise, a doubled cooldown is imposed on the attack. I’d be excited if they made it a beholder with a gambler ability (the ability is random firing one of its eye beams that do different things from slowing down the survivor, damaging the survivor, and applying status effects to survivor) I think that would be awesome
I like the idea of collecting the eye and hand as magical artifacts. Just gotta tweak the benefits. Maybe instead of affecting movement speed, having the artifacts unlocks tier 2 and tier 3 of his power. The power at tier 1 reveals auras, tier 2 reveals auras and inflicts some status effect, and tier 3 does damage as well as the previous two tiers. If a player collects the eye, they can hit the active ability button to reveal Vecna's aura as well as the aura of other survivors like a strong key. Call it "detect good and evil." Survivors collecting the hand of Vecna instead get "Counterspell" where they can stun the killer out while he is using his power. (Normal stun duration not twice as long as a pallet that is crazy). Those are the tweaks I would make to the Dnd version. That and make the perks stronger. All 3 seem weak.
I'd be doable since humanoids like elfs or half orks would fit in the survivor rigging but I have a feeling they'll just do a boring human in leather armor.

I want to play against the Hand and Eye one it makes it way more incentivising to survivors to actually interact with killer belongings and such. I'm more scared of a Survivor getting cursed and then injuring me out of nowhere that would scare the shit out of me.
They can’t do that. Legally they can’t make a legendary licensed skin for a completely different license. They can have licensed skins for original killers/survivors but not other licenses unless they are from the same license holder like the different skins for Jill, Leon, and Cheryl

Of all the DND monsters i could see being the killer we have the beholder they used in the teaser, a mindflayer, a lich either Vecna or Acererak or the big bad vamp Strahd. Any lich is amazing since they could add objects of interest for the lich to protect and to destroy for the survivors, things like the lich's phylactery which the survivors can "destroy" setting the lichs power back to t1.
"Your eagerness to kill everyone increases as you see the survivors trying to escape." For each generator is repaired, your movement speed increases by 1.5% up to a total of 7.5%. When the game colapse begins, this perk deactivates.
The dnd vecna concept is interesting I am still suprised it was the only one. I am looking forward to seeing what concept they come up with for vecna’s power

I don't think you need a leak to know it's Vecna. The new Vecna based campaign is about to release and Vecna is also one of the most well known villains since the early editions, meaning he has the historical horror icon aspect DBD likes to see in killers.

I do not care if this bothers you because not many people enjoy a direct approach on a subject that is on point. First, the game needs a all wellness chapter to fix a ton of problems with the game. Second, every Survivor need unique emotes, animated interaction / body movement, and make them each express differently from their lore and that will give them personality. Third, all the Killers need some of their perks readjustment to the new mechanics of certain Survivor Perks and Item power. Over all, this is just my view point and my belief of the games health, therefore new Killers / Survivors are enjoyable for only two weeks or so and the fun dies, therefore i agree with one of the comments that we need new game modes.
Problem with this power is SWF. But even in solo que, you really need to be lucky and have multiple survivors be next to the possessed survivor. We will see when this comes out.

Honestly, as a long time dnd player i beg it isn't Vecna, cool character and all but there are so many other unique DnD Villains that would better show off dnd. If Vecna Is the killer i fear people will take it as another "Stranger Things killer" and not as a "DnD killer". Love the Crossover tho
