Bidi is made from natural tobbaco and natural tendu leaves. While cigerette is made from thousands of artificial chemicals. Also bidi has very little tobacco most of the smoke is from tendu leaves while cigrettes are mostly tobacco covered by very thin paper

While cigerette contains many artificial chemicals along with tobacco. Those artificial additives are even more dangerous than tobacco. What cigrettes offers you is cocktail of sweetners, preservatives, humectants etc , all made from artificial chemicals while bidi is a simple combination of tobacco and tendu leaves.

1.No. Of cigarettes were 3 but no. of bidis were 4.
2.Initial PM2.5 reading for cigarettes was around 350 while for bidis it was 444.

Hey Ashu, THe experiment is not fully correct in case of cigerrates because there is a filter in cigerrate which may reduce PM 10 particals. May be you can make it more realistic by adding a air pump.
Filter is for the person smoking. He did the experiment for pasdive smoking that affects the non smokers in the room.
@@cr-ic3qv in passive smoking, the smoke that is present in the surrounding is filtered through cigarette filter then human will consume then he will exhale(smoke will filter a bit more in this process). Nobody will lit the cigarette and let it burn itself. Hope you got my point

Sir just a question, the smoker very well know all the problems and harmful effects of smoking but still he/she is smoking then the reason must be very big and far beyond all these harmful effects (tho i'm not talkin about the ppl who thinks smoking is cool but about the others), Ik smoking ko iss reason se justify nahi kar sakte but still not everyone wants that painful death by cancer but still there must be a reason why they smoke
I'm a smoker. My age is now 65 and I shall continue smoking till my body permit it, even I know the dark side of smoking. But its also have some good effects and in my case good effect of smoking is a little bit more than its bad effect as my body metabolism allow it till now. Perhaps every smoker have some positive effects on them thats why they smoke.
