What if doctors write generic names and pharmacist( some are not even class 10 pass) give in brand name according to his wish , isn't that more hazardous to the public? There are lots of loopholes in every system , sad India😢
Lol, this happens, i write generic medicines, but they give most costliest one to the patients. Even for the first time i asked a pharmacist for levocetrizine, he gave me combination of it which was 150 around for 10 tablets, but actually generic ones are only near about 30rs i remember. So yeah i agree doctors do this but if theyndont gonna do then also condition will be same. Its just pharmacist get valid point to argue that doctor wrote it and yep money is the thing
There are loopholes everywhere. I live in USA and even over here despite of everything being properly supervised by government, there are tons of way people get illegal drugs. One major difference between a developed and developing country is education and people following what is banned and what’s not. I think this is the step to right direction by India and hopefully new generation will use their brains instead of blindly trusting doctors. In USA we follow FDA where we make sure the medicine prescribed is FDA approved or not. I am sure India has that system already and you guys should spread this message to your friends and loved ones and make sure you follow whatever system is there in India and if it’s approved or not.
I am work in pharmaceutical company. In India there is so much high cost generic medicines sell by medical stores and compare with standard medicines the price is so low . Government think about this way generic medicines price is so high
Now we are moving towards the real India that used to be in the past, where our great-grandparents has lived in this country with, hope the government does its job to make it a success.
Yes I do agree with you. As a hotel worker I have seen how the doctors get offer from pharma and how much pressure are accepting the salesman and representatives.
My father is Production manager in a pharmaceutical company, they struggle with their whole team to improve the quality of the medicines. There are daily clean-ups and even if 2-3 microbe cells are been found in the room then the whole batch is been thrown in waste and the company gets stop for deep clean up in the rooms. The standards of the pharma companies are very high please don't let hard work of the officials in pharma- industry be wasted due to soe "cheap-pharma companies" in India.
If big pharmaceuticals companies were right at their way, then why would they have to pay that much electoral bonds? Are these so called big companies also wanna keep them on the safer side with the help of money? Do you have a answer for this buddy?

Banning is one thing, but ensuring that banned drugs are out of market is another thing. There's no well-oiled machinery to monitor these banned drugs.
I'm working in a Naval hospital (free service). Here people often come for time pass. In olden times people used to do excercise and used to hold their pain long, but now people think - yeah it's free, if it's pain in my leg I'll show to orthopedic and most of the physician says 90% of the patients don't have any problem.
Ur saying might be true to some extent sir. But nowadays it has become very important to notice early symptoms. People are more concerned about their health therefore they end up coming to you(doctor). Even i had pain in my body. I neglected earlier, but finally i went to military hospital and found that i had gross deficiency of vitamin d3 and my body was using calcium from my bone to fulfill daily requirement and decreasing my bone density...
@@StockTraderkilife yeah your problems are among that 10%. But in reality brother - the test reports are not perfect. They used to change report value by seeing other tests. And because they have medical board they come along with other service men. And i have witnessed, many people while after delivery many service man bring their parents for Useless treatment. I wonder whether they created a new disease or what! Like how? Is it good for someone who is healthy and fir having no symptoms get medicines??? It's not Good.
Even though this is a severe issue and should be a matter of debate, no major media house is highlighting this dangerous issue seriously!! This proves how weak our 'Fourth pillar of Democracy' is!! Banning is one thing, but ensuring that banned drugs are out of market is another thing. There's no well-oiled machinery to monitor these banned drugs.
True brother 😢
Kafi state me to jabrdasti branded medicine hi lene ko kehte hai 😟
Jab jabardasti karega,,, tab tu Muh me daal dena Unke,,,,,, Medicine

Everyone is busy with elections and politics to earn higher TRP. They avoid the issues that are important for citizens and the country. Thanks to RUclipsrs like you for spreading this awareness!!

Quality of medicine is a big issue.. Even most of the manufacturers do not follow all the rules and regulations. As example , there are lots of leakages in HVAC ducts and contamination takes place through these leakages
