    =====
    Other than being SW Harpe user, Mitsunari's charge attacks are good (funny enough, this was never the case in any of the titles he appeared in).
    C2-2 is stupidly destructive. It contains a maximum of two elements, but the rubble effect + Bolt shreds enemies that are in it. The more crowd he has, the more destructive it is. Because of Harpe Normal Magic (NM), this pretty much means his C2-2 is always full-powered. C2-2 puts him in airborne state, so make sure he has uses NM or the barrier (explained below) to prevent him from being knocked down.
    His C5-2 is awesome because he generates a barrier that belongs to Orochi category Power-type. Very good, allowing him to get his charge attacks off without flinches. While C5-2 barrier sounds good, it's usability is so-so because of Harpe's NM. It can still be good against those scripted "cannon" fire stages that he cannot do anything about.
    Whether or not C5-2 is something you would use, Steadfast is there as an extra safety precaution because he doesn't need anything else. Steadfast only has a 50% chance of working, but it is worth the gamble.
    His Hyper Dash is nothing special, it's just super slow, but good at carrying enemies. What is good about it is that it is slow, and this allows every hit of his Hyper Dash to have a chance to proc Slay properly.
    Chaos Origins are not as annoying because of Harpe. Keep Chaos Origins on the screen and use NM to interrupt them. If this is not a habit, he can replace Steadfast with Osmosis so he can use Unique Magic (UM) to KO them or use Charge Magic (CM) to do the same. I don't recommend CM because it has terrible recovery and it can crash your game (if enough crowd is present). Though personally, I just smash through them with C2-2.
