She does not need to bleach her roots if she’s just going to color it a dark blonde again butttt I like the way she did it after! I will definitely try it on myself!
Thank you so much... seriously. Out of ALL the videos I was looking for, this is so beyond helpful you have no idea, ugh! I’ve been looking all over for this DIY style of video. Thank you!
I dont get why someone would even bother critiquing her video. Obviously she liked it enough to share, why say anything negative. I thinks it is super pretty.
I know how busy this all gets! I like how you blend two colors at the root! I have painted mine too!
I prefer more the natural initial root colour than the one you added -the initial look looks more edgy. The root colour you added is warm, your natural root colour is cooler and it goes better with the blond..
Lucky it doesn't matter what you prefer
I thought T18 was to tone yellow but I cannot see any yellow in her hair really, looks pretty white to me.
I followed these exact steps and omg my hair came out beautiful 😝👍🏻 ty babes for the recommendations! P.s don’t listen to the haters ur hair came out gorgeous
I’m sorry but i do not think that your shadow root blended with that toner instead you should have used a demi hair color as a toner
NEVER have warm roots with cool toned ends and vice versa.
You broke that rule, Big time!
Actually it’s quite popular these days to have warm roots and cool toned ends. Get with the times. Duh!
Pre-toning everything and then doing a shadow root would be a better order of operations. Definitely let the toner sit on longer than 10 minutes, let it go dark purple. If it's too dark it will wash out with a clarifying shampoo.
So the root needs to be bleached before??? Demi color? Im wanting like a dark ash color.. oh no I can’t hear you talk at the end… ugh I always use t18 also hate I can’t hear the end right when you start using the toner it goes silent.. boo lol
Hi there what’s the ration of 10 vol
What if I just want to use 7N how much 10 vol do I need ?
This didn’t work for me, i ended up looking like i had a darker headband on. It didn’t blend hmm
I’m confused as to why people comment & give “advice” on how you actually need to do your hair. Also; I don’t understand why they’re worried about how often you bleach it & this one comment was a complaint to a viewer’s comment. Her complaint said people were all just “giving helpful advice”. And THAT’S the reason I’m confused about all these comments, bc I never once heard you ask viewers for any kind of advice. I’m just not one to give anyone advice if they haven’t asked for it. Btw I personally think you did a beautiful job on your own hair & the only person who needs to care about how it turned out is YOU 😉
This is the sweetest thing ever!! Thank you!!
Is it just me or are her roots green?
People are saying your hair looks like it needs a break and I'm over here like "well I'm fucked..." 😫
Omg I wish I seen this o did mine last night only seeing this now but luckily mine turned out alright c
I love ur eye shadow!
You’re beautiful! Where did you get the blue and black brush you used to comb the hair dye ?
love this!!
Just in case you decide not to do a shadow root and have a yellow band at the roots, toner alone will not correct the band. You need to bleach the roots again, 10-20 volume, watch it closely. It's the only way to get the yellow band out which will last the entire time until you bleach it again but that becomes harsher on the hair as the shafts grow out and get weaker. If you don't have a bonder like Olaplex, don't bleach your hair multiple times in a day or overlap.
How do you keep the shadow root dye from spotting on the blonde hair? Thank you
Pamela C I was just superrrr careful! But if you’re really worried I know a lot of people use strips of cotton in between each layer to separate them!
Add conditioner to your ends to prevent stains from the dye used in the root area.
Outspoken-from Ibiza how do you avoid it
When I click on the sally color link it doesn’t give me the exact color you used
Nance Lee so sorry! I just checked & I used 8N & 7NB!
@@abbie.hightower just please don't do what she did and bleach your roots then apply these colors you will not be happy.. you did see her results, right? 🤷🤦
Hey Abbie, try please 9NV on your roots next time instead of SB. You don't want those yellow roots in your ashy style ;)
You need a 7n Wella Demi for your roots
What is the color you used for the root, your beautiful
Aw thank you! The products I used are linked in the description box for easy access!
Abbie Budt okay I saw the product name but not the name of the color
@@nancelee5204 exactly
It doesn’t tell what color you used
New subscriber here love your hair getting the guts to d ok mine now beautiful lady
Hey beautiful! 🅰️for effort for sure!!! But maybe a break from all the bleach and toner at home would help your hair...it looks like it’s had enough bleach.
This is terrible. Use a demi perm, level 5 n or 5nw on damp hair
Have y'all ever heard if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. Geez
Crystal Stark right! But it’s okay, I have tough skin! Their opinion on what I do with MY hair doesn’t bother me 🤍 thank you for being kind!
So no one can give advice or try to help, got it.
Omg noooooooo, you use toner on dry hair? Ahhhhh
My thoughts exactly!!...I feel like the color didn’t even grab and it has a green hue!😬
Your hair looks beautiful. That music though is horrible
This looks so bad.. next time leave your roots dark and use a permanent color like Wella 7AA/632 or something similar with Ash so it actually looks natural and it won't look orange. It's ok to admit when you fucked up your hair. We can all see it in your face that you don't love it.. also, definitely use a comb to blend the colors. I wouldn't have used the toner at the same time as the root color if I didn't plan on blending with a comb.. it actually looks the same just with ruined roots. Also, don't leave the T18 on so long that your hair looks purple.. you're beautiful but don't ruin your hair.
What developer with it a 10 or 20?
